We had a lovely time. This B&B is located in a very small village but conveniently located in the beautiful Bordeaux region. Ideal for wine-touring and cycling. We had the dinners both nights and they were excellent. Property has beautiful grounds and a pool and is right on the edge of vineyard. I highly recommend if you want a quiet...

We spent one night here while visiting St Emilion, which is not far from Ruch. The hosts were pleasant and accommodating and the rooms were simple, comfortable, and clean. There was a pool which was nice for us considering the heat wave in France at the time. None of the rooms are air conditioned so it was a little warm...

We were a party of 4 who were staying in the area for a wedding. From the beginning, the landlady did her best to make us feel unwelcome. We are 2 married couples. There is no restaurant/ bar in the village of Ruch so a car is essential if you stay here. On one of the evenings we were having...

I wanted to remind you that alcohol consumption is the responsibility of the owner of the guest house. I considered your consumption excessive, and I asked you to stop and go back to your rooms. I'm sorry to have upset you. As for breakfast, all fresh products stay in the refrigerator and I provide dairy products on demand, which I...

Following a wedding in the area, we stayed at Domaine de Blaignac for one night before heading back to Bordeaux the next morning. We found this charming B&B easy to find, welcoming, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The yard was also very beautiful to look at, including the outlook to vineyards beyond the established and gorgeous roses that lined one...

We stayed here for a wedding held at a nearby Chateau and Nathalie looked after us beautifully, providing an extra bed for the kids and very charming hosting. Lovely little pool and view over the vineyards. We didn't explore the area very much but brief impressions were that the local towns and villages were not terribly exciting. Countryside was pretty...

We chose this B&B for the location as we were going to see the battle of Castillon (a show that you must simply not miss, if you are lucky enough to be in this area at the right time) . We received a friendly welcome in this nice B&B. The little swimming pool was also very much appreciated. Our room,...

The Domaine de Blaignac is a very charming and peaceful place in the middle of the wineyards. We've been there for 4 days and spent very relaxing days enjoying the swimming pool and visiting the area and the famous village of Saint Emilion. About the rooms, we got Havane which is well designed, spacious and the view from the windows...

Traveling to the region for a wedding, we stayed in this charming "chambre d'hôte" on a friend's recommendation. Upon arrival we were impressed with the excellent condition of the home that had recently been renovated, according to the owner, and visibly been kept in impeccable condition since. Warm, spacious and clean, this particular location left us with no regrets. Especially...

We had an absolutely terrible stay here for a wedding this summer. In our party, we had 3 babies - 3 months, 9 months and 19 months. On booking, we asked whether babies were welcome and were told that this was absolutely fine. We booked all 5 rooms for 3 nights. On arriving, the woman who runs it was immediately...
