We arrived at night and woke to the must stunning view from our window. We looked out on a field with horses grazing in the early sunshine below a mountain with a village on top. Below us bells rang from a church steeple . We loved our room, full of character with beams on the ceiling, nice pictures ,lots of magazines...

Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were very tasty. The road up to the house is not for the faint of heart but everyone insisted that you will...

We would like to thank Sydney and Karin for their warm hospitality, tips for the surroundings to see and where to eat. Above all a big compliment for your B&B, all well decorated with a taste of new and old and witness to all their travels. Loved that! In the tranquility of the mountains and in a garden of fig,...

After having spent the day in the crowded and noisy Nice, Cannes or Monaco, you will really enjoy the place located up in the hills 30 mn behind Nice. So quiet that you don't hear anything but the pebbles on the drive way. Karin and Sidney make you feel like at home. (trust me it is not the case in...

We stayed here with another couple at the end of a cross France bike tour. La Parare is a beautiful place to stay with fabulous rooms which are more like small apartments. Wonderfully furnished and terrific bathrooms. Karin and Sydney are wonderful hosts and breakfasts are a delight. Only downside is the 16 hairpins and time it takes to get...

“Some of the rooms involve quite a few steps, so make sure you let Karin know your needs when you book. There are rooms that have fewer steps and, in fact, Guest Roojm 4--I think there's another name now, but that's how it's listed on the LP website, is all ground floor. Very cozy!”
