We stayed at the Radisson Blu for 4 nights with our 18 months old. We booked our trip last minute (2 weeks before) and this was one of the very few hotels that were still available and I based it on tripadvisor ratings when booking...More
We spent 4 nights here for Spring Break.
We are Gold Members and were upgraded to a Marina Suite - which was just awesome. Full size living room. We had a king size bed - and a full fold out couch in the living room....More
Spent a long weekend at the Radisson Blu Resort and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The hotel is all open air and located in a beautiful cove. The pool was awesome, the restaurants were good and the Spa lovely.
Second trip, fantastic grounds. Great beach, pool water is spectacular. Since last year, we felt hotel slipping. For the price, holiday inn quality rooms, nothing great, not real clean, but ok. We thought for the price, it is expensive. We changed rooms, first room had...More

From what we saw on the reportage, the hotel is pretty damaged. The lobby looked flooded and had lost its structure and didn't look like a lobby anymore. The roofs were severely damaged, the buildings surrounding the hotel were practically decimated, the pool didn't look much of a pool anymore, not to mention the beautiful landscaping is no more. And when you look in the distance, you don't see the trees that were adding beauty and serenity to the place. It's a total disaster. Today, they sent a drone to inspect the damage. Well, it showed desolation and the beautiful Riu is in mourning. I honestly cannot digest this hurtful fact, and I am hoping that the Riu will come back bigger and better. My family and I are very sad, and our thoughts go to all the hard working people that made our stay a one of a kind.
