This was our second visit to Holmhill and how different but just as good. In May the sun was shine all day, every day and the views were beautiful. In October, the wind was blowing day and night and the misty rain was falling on and off but the colours on the trees and of the

We were made thoroughly welcome throughout our stay. Lovely, large clean room in fantastic house. Superb setting which I imagine would still be amazing in torrential mid-winter rain. We were lucky to visit in glorious sunshine. We were very comfortable and had a time to

Combined a week with friends whilst visiting family in the area. The cottage is just perfect, a real home from home, extremely well equipped for self catering, fantastic views from the patio & garden, great walks and good facilities in the village. Rosie is a lovely host,

Hi there, and thanks for your question. Our prices are shown on the booking page of our website (just google Holmhillthornhill to find it), but I'm afraid we're already fully booked on the night of 18 May. If it's any help, our price for a double room for the 16th and 17th May would be £210, and for the night of 19 May would be £115, but I'm guessing that without the night of the 18th this is no good for you. Sorry again. Please do try us another time. Regards Stewart Lee
