Rather expensive since: Room quite standard, no clock on the wall, no hairdryer, swimingpool actually is not in gradia 1 but gradia 2 even just 40meters away (diff hotel). Breakfast quite standard with 3menus, one type fruit. I do not think i will recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights at Gradia 1. Room are comfortable and clean. But hot water come and goes, seems like their plumbing is quite old. Breakfast served ad Gradia 2, about 40 meters from Gradia 1. Their food just standard. Parking area is better at Gradia 2 rather than Gradia 1. Located around 2 Km from Museum Angkut, it's... More

Bathrooms were clean and hot water was bountiful. The bed was comfortable and springy. Bottled water was supplied free of charge. The pool was clean, cool and crystal clear. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast features a buffet line with home cooked meals such as fried rice. The coffee machine offers not just one, but eight astonishing selections of hot... When I start to look for a hotel in Batu for 4 of us, I found this hotel. But looking at the price, at that time, I'm not really expect the nice and luxury place. When I arrive, looking at the lobby which located outside of the building, bring me less confidence. But when the staff bring us to the... More

We booked from Agoda for 2 nights, from the Internet, it said, this place has beatiful view, but really not like that when I came for check in. I booked for Gradia 1 and they gave the room with the view to the wall, nothing to see. I complained and they offer to move us to Gradia 2, for better... More

I stayed at Gradia 2. The first impression when I came, is not well maintained and looked ancient. Rooms are divided into several buildings. Apparently there is a pool (although not mentioned in the facility). Cold water pool (without heater) and a lot of chlorine. I stay at the VIP Room, the room was very small, had to climb the... I and my fam and my staff stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Gradia 1 has a villa with 3 rooms but only 1 bathroom. Family room for 8 people has only 1 bathroom as well. House keeping staff was quick and very helpful. Breakfast was ok enough but no fruits, no breads

Nice big room with large bathroom. There is no aircondition as Batu is quite cold at night. Room service was okay. Breakfast was very simple Indonesian fried rice. You need your own transportation as public transportation around the area was minimal.
