Cheval Blanc is a cosy B&B in one corner of the village. It seems to be mostly operated by the owner/host of the place who serves as the receptionist and cook and takes also care of running the swimming pool and other technical maintenance of the house. We were cycling the Luberon region and since we were travelling outside of tourist season, we did not know where we would be staying. This is a little gem. It is a traditional village inn - with flowery wallpaper that took me back to my travels in France in the eighties. When I was there, Monsieur le Patron was single-handedly receptionist, cook, waiter and groundsman. He was well-organised and his cooking is superb. I have known the auberge fro 12 years now! I have nothing say but great things food is great, the ambiance is peaceful! A great place to be for a few days of total peace and comfort!
