Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is possibly the best B&B that I have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, warm, lovely rooms, lots of space and a breakfast of substantial quality. I hope that I can find an excuse to go there again.

The Little Roseveth B&B was a last minute decision as we had an urgent visit to make. We were delighted with the quick response to book from Jane and she made us feel very welcome. Upon arrival, we had lovely warm fresh scones! The Garden Room was immaculate and beautifully decorated and had a large roomy bathroom and an excellent view of the garden. The coffee/tea facilities in the room, with Cornish biscuits and drinks was a lovely touch. The breakfast room was a traditionally decorated farmhouse room with a well laid table, loads of space, tv, comfortable sofas, etc. It was utterly charming and the breakfast was out of this world. Nearly everything was home grown, home made and plentiful. The farmhouse itself was just lovely and the location ensured a very peaceful stay. We shall definitely stay there again.

We only had a couple of nights here but we wish we had more. Jane was very welcoming, the house was in a perfect location near to town. Bedroom and living area was very clean and bed was nice and soft. Shower was powerful and hot. The house has everything you need to make your stay the best you will not be disappointed. Food was delicious and made fresh in the morning using local/own ingredients. Jane even made us some scones which we scoffed down quickly. Thanks for making the last two nights in cornwall the best. See you next year 😁

Decided to go on a last minute break to Cornwall. Had almost given up our search when we found Little Roseveth on the local visitors website and what a find it was. Jane and Andrew were delightful hosts, the room was very comfortable and the bathroom enormous!! The breakfast was delicious and most of the ingredients were locally sourced, the eggs from their own hens. The peace and quiet was just what we needed having lived in a building site for nearly two months! We cannot recommend Little Roseveth enough. We will be returning.

Jane and Andrew were very welcoming hosts - warm and friendly and reassuring/supportive during our time of crisis. They were very flexible with our accommodation needs and did everything they could to support us (our son was seriously ill whilst we were holidaying in Cornwall, and had to be hospitalised for 10 days). The B&B was home from home and very comfortable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and there were very personal touches included (drinks, biscuits, hand wash, hand lotion, shower gel, etc). Very peaceful and rural setting, but only a few miles from the nearest beach - a perfect place to stay! Couldn't fault a thing and we find it hard to believe that Jane and Andrew haven't been awarded 5 Stars for this heaven on earth B&B!

Thank you to Jane's son and daughter in law(sorry names have disappeared!) for looking after four of us for the weekend of 13/10-15/10. Such a lovely place to stay, the most comfortable bed ever! Breakfast was an adventure but very delicious, sorry about setting the fire alarm off!

Friendly welcome from Jane and Andrew with cream tea. Tea, coffee and milk and always available in room and in lounge and bottles of local apple juice in room each day. The fridge and microwave in the guest lounge were very useful and after we arrived we arranged evening meals for subsequent days. The meals made the most of Jane and Andrew's seasonal produce and were delicious. In addition to fantastic cooked breakfasts Jane also provided a variety of fresh fruits and her own bread, yogurt and granola every day. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bedlinen, towels and bathrobes were good quality with lovely touches such as the local St Kitts soap, hand cream and perfume. A very good location for sightseeing in both North and South Cornwall, we particularly enjoyed catching the boat from Truro to Falmouth to spend the day in Falmouth and Jane gave us good directions. I can't think of anything not to like!

Lovely place to stay. Jane & Andrew made me very welcome, just like old friends! Comfortable and delightful rooms. Breakfast was the best! Great hospitality and enjoyed a visit to Lost Gardens of Heligan, where there was so much to see and do despite the pouring rain. Inspirational. Thank you so much.

Myself and a few friends stayed here and had a great time. Very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Beautiful setting to act as a base to explore the surrounding area: Perranporth beach, Chapel Porth beach, Callestick Ice Cream and Healey's Cyder farm were all awesome. Jane couldn't have been more keen to make sure we had a great time and help us whenever she could. Can't wait to come back!
