We stayed here for the past 2 nights for a truely amazing short break, we knew it was out of season before arriving and we ended up being the only people staying here which was so peaceful and relaxing, the main lodge was not open but the owner filled our fridge with food and drinks for breakfast which was so thoughtful as we were not expecting anything having booked a self catering cabin, the cabin was perfect for us and was well furnished and very comfortable, we stayed in cabin number 9 right on the front with stunning views over the lake, the second night we stayed up to see the Northern Lights which was breathtaking, and to be able just to walk outside the warm cabin to see them was a huge bonus. I can imagine what a great experience it is to be here in the height of the season with all the activities going on, but it was also just perfect for us for our quiet 2 night relaxing break. I would definately recommend this place, it's been the highlight of our Sweden trip, thank you.

We stayed here for three nights are the end of a trip and it just served to reinforce what a wonderful country Sweden is and how welcoming and friendly its lucky inhabitants are. The location on the edge of the sea is beautiful - we were there when the sea was frozen which was just magical and unique but equally i imagine this would be a stunning place the rest of the year too. Sadly, due to COVID-19, we were the only guests staying there but in no way did this effect the service or quality we received. We had a cosy cabin which was comfortable and well appointed. After a week camping, it was nice to be able to spread out a bit! The main lodge itself was warm and again cosy with an open fire downstairs. We only really went across for our meals but wow, those meals were good!!!! I cannot recommend the food enough and the breakfast spread, despite there being only 2 of us, was incredible. We did the 4 hour snowmobile trip which again was excellent, great fun, good equipment in excellent condition and a great guide. We then took out the fat bikes the following day which was again great fun. The sauna was fabulous, especially with some tasty local sauna beers :) All in all, a wonderful stay and our huge thanks to Goran, Evelina, Greta, Patrik and all the other wonderful staff. I am so sorry that so many people will be missing out on your wonderful hospitality for the rest of the season and sincerely hope you can all bounce back quickly once these difficult times are over.

Had the most amazing time. Thanks Goran, Andreas, Erik, Tomas and everyone else for a great time. We did night walking (didn't find the northern lights that night) snow mobiling, hovercraft and dog sledging (again please) There are skis, sleds, chairs on skis and bikes with fat tyres for all to use. It is weird walking etc on the frozen sea but we were assured it was thick enough - we even saw one of the ice roads! The cold weather gear was very welcome but we were told it was quite "warm" for this time of the year. Oh and the food - I want the chicken soup every day mmmmmmm The cabins are well appointed but clothes storage and bedrooms were, compact shall we say. The reindeer were seen behind our cabin every morning and we managed to see the lights on the last night! This resort is also a summer retreat as it is on the sea.

We had a great family trip in Feb 2020 thanks to Goran, the guides and all the staff's warm and knowledgeable expertise, we all felt at home and had a memorable time that I would recommend to anyone to visit in the snow.Great food and activities and of course the northern lights. I cant think of any negative points and activities such as ice fishing, huskies and northern lights were the highlights of our trip in northern Sweden. we stayed in a few other properties in northern Sweden but Brandons was easily the best.

Thank you Brandon Lodge for a fantastic family adventure holiday. From snowmobile trips across the frozen sea to ice fishing and eating our catch for lunch (deliciously cooked by our guide Andreas). All well organised and real fun.
