Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent hotel close to tube station , 2 cinemas and many eating and shopping outlets on the doorstep. The staff are excellent , Larisa who I have met in numerous hotels is always helpful and friendly and her compatriot Petruta is very helpful. Teresa who has a bubbly personality and the manager Lorena keeps the hotel ticking over with ease. great place to stay.

1: price is ridiculous for what it is. You’re basically in a car park on top of a shopping centre. 2: very clean room but ridiculous small and they put two extra single beds in when I only needed a double. 3: reception barely lift there head to greet you. 4: I imagine it’s being used to house homeless families which I have no problem with but no one wants to hear screaming kids all day/night

The hotel was central to my needs on this trip. The room and communal areas were clean and looked after about and for. My room was bright and very comfortable, more than adequately equipped for my needs (seating, tv, air conditioning, blackout curtains, charging points by the bed, tea and coffee etc ) Staff were very pleasant and courteous. There is no restaurant on site, but plenty of choice avaiab!e seconds away from the hotel.

Simply for the location this hotel stands out. It’s so close to the underground that it should be perfect for both personal and business trip. The staffs are friendly. My room was clean, and quiet. Also, 30 minutes free WiFi per day was useful, too.

Stayed here when visiting daughter in London. Suited our purpose well. Easy to get to from Euston on the tube. Good price for London. Plenty shops and food places nearby. Busy high street Room was suitable for 3 nights. Comfy clean bedding and great ensuite. Plenty hot water. Some stains on carpet that need cleaning. Overall would recommend if you want a basic place to stay. No residents lounge area or hot breakfast facilities but that didn’t bother us. Tea and coffee with kettle in room. No hairdryer but you can borrow from reception. Luggage storage facility as well.

A well placed hotel, no bar or restaurant which suits me but maybe not others. Clean and quiet. Staff helpful. Stay there often but a bit pricey, but located well for London North and Central. Would recommend for stop over.

There was no shower gel in the dispenser. I informed the reception and was given shower gel in a paper cup. The carpet were visually dirty and even though there was a thermostat in the room, it was fixed at a certain temperature which was too cold for us.

A few issues getting in the building as key didn't always work on the front door. As for reception. That was the worst experience ever at any hotel or Travelodge. I arrived early at 14:00 so immediately the staff wanted to charge me. Ok i'm early so accepted that as had a long journey and wanted a shower. Never been a problem before if slightly early but fair play I agreed to pay the £10 fee. Then the 2 ladies on reception couldn't find my booking. This took a few minutes. Found eventually then further issues charging me the £10 early check in. Lots of phone calls, lots of disappearing to the back office, out the front, here, there everywhere. The did apologise but check in took a staggering 20 minutes. In the end I wasn't that early into the room. All that for £10! I found both ladies particularly rude and that I had inconvenienced them arriving early. They were unfriendly on the intercom when I asked to enter the building too. Almost like what are you doing here?! Summarise took so long to charge me £10 and put it on the system that I thought you should have just given it to me as a goodwill gesture. But no they wanted their £10 regardless despite serious IT issues. Very unprofessional on reception. I'm not happy and ruined my stay! Concerned then the key didn't work so that delayed me even more. 1/10 appalling service and very unprofessional.

The hotel doesn't have a kitchen, No glasses provided, you have to use a mug or cup for soft drinks 🍷 or Beers. My room was cold, heater kept on going off and on every 2 to 3 seconds. Reported but nothing much was done. Hallway Very stuffy and smelly.

The filthiest hotel room I’ve seen. Pillow will not only covered with stains but dirt. Bathroom was full of black mould. Carpet very filthy. Hotel management don’t care as they get traffic due to location so I know my review won’t change anything. I just feel it’s good to get this out there as they charge so much due to the location but the price definitely does not reflect the room quality and the cleanliness.
