The hotel itself is very good, it is nicely furnished and looks beautiful. Room is big enough and bed is very comfortable. A/C works perfectly and wifi is free of charge (but pretty slow). Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Beach towel is provided to everyone free of charge. Room safe costs 2 EUR per day. There are a lot of pools, one of them is for adults only, which is very good for people who want quiet and peace. There are a lot of water slides as well, but they are open only between 10 AM and noon and then between 2 PM and 4 PM. Food is also fine and there are a lot of bars where you can get drink between 10 AM and midnight. International alcoholic drinks and fresh juice are not included in the all inclusive, but everything else is. Now, due to the covid situation, the buffet restaurant works in a way, that you can select what you want to eat, but you are not allowed to take it, but you get your food and drink from the restaurant staff.
Now about the service: receptionists are helpful, when we wanted to reach our tourist guide for some information, they helped us call him and talk to him. Staff at the bars are nice too. The biggest problem I noticed is at the restaurant. Especially at breakfast, it happened often that we had to wait for long minutes at the counter to get a hot sandwich or some bread, cheese or fruit.
All in all, this is a nice hotel, but not 5 star for sure.

Due to restrictions we had to change our holiday last minute so not much time to do research.

the hotel is very grand upon entrance and face masks are to be worn in the lobby and restaurant area. everywhere else u can remove the masks. we adapted well to this. u have your temperature checked upon arrival and once at mealtimes.

some of the staff r lovely, others could be viewed as rude at times.

the hotel is catered more for germans and turkish, most of whom struggled to know how to queue.

food is ok with salad, chips and chicken nuggets served at every meal. on a down side there is no food available from 2.30pm to 7pm. unless u want waffles which u can get between 3 and 4.
we also missed breakfast which closes at 10.30 and there is no food available then until 12pm when the snack bar opens till 2.30.

entertainment is ok but again more catered for the germans although the translator does a good job at trying to get the english translation in. all lots of mosquitos by the stage so watch out.

batman from the animations team is excellent and by far the most positive thing about this hotel. always makes an effort with the kids and is genrally a nice guy who works hard.

pools and slides are fab.

wifi is very poor in the hotel.

balconys r small, very narrow.

Cosby's is a bar about 200 yards from the hotel on your right. excellent service and food. wifi is terrible in the hotel so our kids loved going here so they could get some wifi. they also show football matches here too.

all in all, lovely hotel but would not say this is a 5 star.

I visited dream world with my 2 young children, check in was fine and receptionist was upbeat. When I was shown to my room it was clean basic not much of a view but overall we were happy staff as a whole were good apart from an old man in the downstairs bar there was a fly in my drink so returned it to which he slammed it down and started complaining in Turkish, he made me another however again the drink had a fly in it! However I dare not go again and ask for it to be changed because of his response. I’m from England this hotel is not good for British people as entertainment is in Russian so my children struggled to get involved. Food was ok again more for Russian people however grilled fish and turkey were always on the plate. The pool is sooo cold even my children struggled to get in which was ashame as I do love a good swim when I’m abroad but couldn’t bring myself to do it. The free bus service to the beach was a major plus the water was a lot more warmer there. Overall not amazing but not bad. I probably wouldn’t stay again and will stick to marmaris where there seems to be more of a buzz.. it’s abit of a boring area in comparison to my 4 previous holidays in marmaris. Thankyou to the dining staff they were always so lovely to my children and made them feel special.

very bad hotel keep a away from this rabish hotel there's an open night club opposite the hotel with very loud music until 3amu so you can't sleep with the noise.
we asked the reception to change the room and he tried to give us a room next to corona virus test room, basically go away we can't do nothing about it.
rooms very basic and everything is broken inside "shower sometime very cold and suddenly very hot,the fridge make very loud noise the balcony very small, pillows very hard, very basic bed sheet toilett size very small safe you have to pay €2 per day, pool area very squashed, staff all of them don't speak English including managers I called the reception to send me extra pillow and I received 2 bootles of water instead "lol"
I really don't know how they managed to get 5star?
3star it's to much for it

We have recently returned from Turkey and spent 6 nights at this resort with our 2 children aged 10 and 14. We arrived in the evening in time for dinner service and was underwhelmed with the selection of food but thinking it would improve. It didn't, in fact it became so repetitive that we started eating out in the evenings. The gym was situated in a dark and quiet area of the hotel and nothing worked! I called reception using the phone on the wall only for staff to hang up so I tried again and this time was put through to someone who said somebody will come and get the treadmill working but nobody came, I was there for 40minutes after the call. The equpiment was rusty and poorly maintained. The hotel seemed more concerned with poorly tasting food than fitness. On the day we were due to leave, myself and 14yr old left our cases on one side of reception doors. The doorman started shouting and saying move your cases, baffled I asked why and he said that's where incoming suitcases are kept. As I went to move them, he brushed past me carrying someone elses case and hitting my ankle, if I was expecting an apology I was sadly mistaken. I complained to reception only to be told to tell guest relations. Eventually he did come to apologise but was too little too late. No hotel staff smiled or even seemed happy to be there, they were incredibly rude. We holiday in Turkey every year but will never return here, my 10yr old has nicknamed it Nightmare World Aqua. Says it all. The pools and slides were good but not enough floats and rings available to use them. Incredibly happy we had hotel no.2 after this place as the staff there were much more kind and friendlier.

like this, the hotel can't even be 5 stars, nobody knows English even at the reception.
upon arrival, they made us wait with 3 children for more than 4 hours for the room, the staff no respect, arrogant. in 10 days there was the same food every single day.
what about the cleaners, you go when you want the floors, they don't air the towels, they drive the next day, and they even stole the things we bought, be careful with them, the worst experience in my life, I don't recommend it to anyone for the money

Well ! I what can I say, what a fantastic stay at the dream world aqua, the hotel is constantly putting things on for the kids to keep them busy, starting with aqua Zumba in mornings, then the water slides which are fantastic and some are pretty mental
Let me tell you!
The entertainment staff are engaging and friendly, they want the kids to have a great time, our boys being 9 and 10 loved playing football and volley ball with them and they often engaged with pool
Activities are the aqua Zumba,
The food is good, the breakfast are probably the best in my eyes. A lot of the food in the main buffet area is Similar daily but there is a lot of choice. In our family we have to non meat eaters and 2 kids one being more fussy and we were still
Able to enjoy food, some of the items we found regularly were pasta, that you could add sauce too, fantastic salads they were personally my favourite I loved their use of fresh herbs such as mint and coriander in the salad, loads of different cheeses, always a fish and vegetable dish.
Lunch wise the pool bar was our family fave with pizza, salad, chips and burgers which was different to the lunch Buffett, with ice cream and waffles at occasional times of the day all cooked fresh.
Coffee were nice, the drinks pretty good, cocktails hit and miss depending on who made them for you and it’s advisable to leave a tip if you want them strong!
Rooms very clean with a maid every day, showers were great as well. We had a pool view which was really nice!
All in all we loved it and so did the kids! Still in shock by how great value for money it was, we did eat out a few times purely because we enjoy a change of scenery and we like getting out but it seemed most people are here all day!
We came out of season and got busier As our week went on.
Not many English at first but to be honest we loved getting to know other cultures so wasn’t a problem for us.
We would love to come back, and hope to stay the end of the summer

I booked (28 may) the hotel thinking it was a 5 star hotel, ohh dear was I wrong.
The staff is extremely rude when you present with a problem that they have to sort out. They hardly speak any English, mostly only German ( 90% German hotel).
The standard room in size is okay.
But the ac unit did not respond to different degrees of temp only really cold.
The condition of the room was okay, but the amount of dust and old findernails under the bed was just awful. So cleaning or the lack of, was terrible.
The beds on the hotel is rock hard and I mean rockhard! No topmatress available, or at least thats what the receptionist told us.

We were traveling with a baby, and got rotavirus from eating the food, maybe because of bad hygiene here as well.
The food the restaurant is heavily influenced by Germany and description of the food is in German.

The hotel speaks very limited English, but almost every one can speak German (90% German hotel)

All in all a terrible experience and not worthy of 5 starts, maybe 3 tops

We have just returned home last night from this wonderful resort , please don't take any notice to any of the bad reviews, The staff are absolutely amazing we didn't come across one rude one at all,
The drinks are really strong and all taste really good the beer isn't flat and my husband is a beer drinker and he really enjoyed it, The animation team are absolutely brilliant and they keep everyone entertained all day, If you don't like that kind of thing there are two quiet pools without any music.
The pool with the animation team around plays loud music up all day long which we really enjoyed.
The waterslides were brilliant and kept my 15-year-old son and his girlfriend entertained all day every day. The shuttle bus to the beach comes every 15 minutes but if you want to walk it takes about 15 minutes to get there. The rooms were cleaned every day and the beds are really really comfortable I slept great every night. I would really recommend the Bill Cosby bar for food and drinks we ate there three times and the food was brilliant.
All in all I haven't got one bad thing to say about this resort and I would definitely return 👍👍😄😄

Where to start, the hotel is not a 5* but basically a 3* hotel. The room just ok nothing else, if you don't get a pool view room you're in trouble! because your smelling sewage from your open balcony door, hence, don't even think about either opening the door or leaving any clothes outside to dry. Damp clothes will pick up all the sewage smells. Inside is just OK with the food halls full of flys everywhere again unfortunate, my daughter couldn't eat her food in peace and this is not just one fly we're talking 10 flys buzzing around the table. It's probably because of the sewage problems outside. Tv channels nothing but Russians channels only thing in English was BBC news unless you only like watching the news then nothing to watch on the old LCD TV which you can't even pair your phone to. We were the only Brits in this hotel and this hotel only caters one type of guest, totally unfortunate but true! you will just have to find out for yourself if your unfortunate enough to stay at this hotel. Also this hotel is not on the beach they have a free shuttle bus and they have to drive you to the beach which is like 15mins. The pools are kid friendly if you can even get a sunbed because they leave the guests leave their beach towels on them the entire day even if they don't sit at the pool and the hotel staff can't even do anything about it, it's not as if the hotel will slap the hands that feeds them which I totally understand but also feel sorry for the waiters and staff who were excellent! I just feel like this hotel is not for Brits and if your going to Antalya there's better places to stay for sure.
