A lovely place to stay with a great pool, just a few minutes up the hill from the beach. The host was nice enough to pick us up from the port and was very available on what’s app if we had any questions. However, the place was very understaffed considering it was high season when we went. We read rave reviews from a few years back that talked about BBQS, iced coffees and a full bar being available to guests - and that was definitely not the case when we went. It was very obvious the bar hadn’t been open all season. And there was no mini mart where you could get coffee / snacks / bottled water nearby either without having to schlep down to the port. Obviously not a problem if you’ve hired a car, but as a young family, the lack of amenities / hospitality at the resort made our holiday harder work than we wanted it to be. We had a lovely time overall, but I think we had set our expectations high because of the great reviews we read on here from a few years ago, which is why I thought it was worth writing an up to date one!

Response from Nasos B, Owner at Paros Eden Park
Responded 26 Apr 2023
Thank you for your helpful review. I would just like to mention that BBQs nights stopped to take place at Paros Eden Park because of COVID issues However for this year and the following years we are ready to organize new events to our place. Also I am really sorry for the bar and the lack of staff however last year it was very difficult regarding the staff, considering the general situation in all the countries regarding find not only good staff but general people that are willing to work. Of course this is not excuse but if you ever come back to our place situation will be different. Thank you for your understanding. Best Regards

Paros Eden park is perfect for couples and families - there is a range of clean well kept accommodation to suit all needs plus a modern fully equipped kitchen for all to use if required. There is a good sized swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers surrounded by a pretty garden and seating area. It is a five minute walk from beach and a fifteen minute walk from the main part of town. Katerina and Nassos are wonderful hosts and help with anything you need. We can highly recommended Eden Park for a wonderful comfortable stay on the beautiful island of Paros

Really cute place; the owner is really kind and always offers a great customer service; the villa is great if you have kids as well. Our room was everyday organized including clean towels. They have a nice spot for a barbecue and a nice bar by the lovely pool. Great experience. We will come back.

This was our fourth visit to Eden Park and we keep going back because it is the perfect place to stay on Paros. It's clean, comfortable, lovely pool, well equipped, great views, friendly helpful hosts and near the beach. Eden Park is ideal for all ages and couples, families or large groups. Cannot fault Eden Park in anyway, we love it and can't wait to see Katerina, Nasos, Hlias and Ricco again next year.

This is our second visit to Eden park and it doesn't disappoint in anyway. Katerina is an excellent host, will arrange anything you need or want to do and speaks very good English. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and has daily maid service. The pool is also cleaned everyday and has plenty of sun beds, chairs and tables to use. The views across the bay and hills beyond are stunning and it's a quick walk down the hill to the beach or onto the main town of Parikia. We cannot recommend at stay here enough and will be sad to leave.

Our family stayed in 3 separate rooms for 5 days and wished we could have stayed longer. Eden Park is in a beautiful setting of Palm trees with stunning elevated views down to the port. Our room was spacious and clean but we spent most of our time on the patio area outside our room or down at the pool. The pool area was very clean and relaxing made cool with the palms offering shade. The beaches, restaurants, supermarkets etc are a fairly easy walk down the hill or hire a car and drive around the island. There is a very well stocked kitchen room by the pool where we were able to prepare our own food or make coffee. The wifi is a bit hit and miss but we were on holiday and were not that concerned. The host Katerina was so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. We would definitely return for a longer stay.

Paros Eden Park has excellent accommodation with very good facilities. We stayed for six nights in July and wish it could have been for longer. Katerina is a perfect hostess, attending to anything we asked for help with and ensuring we have all we need. We travelled with three 17 year old lads and we would recommend Eden Park for all ages. The location is ideal, it is tranquil with a beautifully clean pool and garden and so close to the beach and nearest taverna, (Tango Mar which we would recommend). The walk to the main town of Parikia is about ten minutes along the beach where you'll find everything you need and easy access to the rest of the island by boat/bus/taxi. We are so pleased we chose Paros Eden Park and think it is good value for money.

Spent a week at Paros Eden Park and enjoyed it immensely. Katerina and Nassos were first rate hosts and did everything to make sure our group enjoyed our time there. They even organized a Greek Style BBQ which was top drawer. Perfect distance away from City Center of Paros. Location also perfect for challenging morning jogs along the beach and hilly terrain away from the city center. Would definitely return

I went there with some of my friends and had an amazing time. It is located in Parikia - it is quiet but very close to bars/restaurants there. The hosts recommended great places to us where we dined and had drinks at. This place is a hidden gem - thoroughly recommended.
