The bathroom in modern and clean with sockets and mirrors all in the right places for a change. Beautiful late October weather (apparently quite normal in this part of France) meant we could sit outside on...

A wonderful place to stay. Beautifully furnished rooms in a beautiful house with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Luxurious ensuites and a courtyard for breakfast made this one of the best stays imaginable. The host Pauline is friendly and helpful with local information.

We agree with all other reviews. Pauline has the most beautiful house and makes her guests very welcome. This is the best chambre d'hotes we have ever stayed in, everything was perfect and immaculate.

Why can't all B&Bs be like this? Welcoming us with a warm smile, a cup of tea and home made chocolate orange cake, Pauline, the owner instantly became our friend and advisor. We were looking to buy a holiday home in the area and Pauline was always on hand for sharing her (vast) knowledge of the local area and for...

We make several trips back to the UK and keep being drawn to La Lavandiere on our way back home to the South of France. We found out this time that the website wasn't working. If you need to book, and we highly recommend you do, the phone number to ring is +33 (0) 5 49 87 02 45.

Caveat, I just want to say not related to owner, or in business with her...my wife and I stayed for 6 nights in this Shangri-la of bed and breakfast's. We booked at short notice off season as we were staying to buy a house in area. The B&B should be a compulsory experience for all B&B owners so they can...

On stepping through the door to receive a very warm welcome from owner Pauline our one regret was that we were only staying for one night. La Lavandiere is elegant and stylish, but with all the comforts of home. Shortly after we arrived we had tea with freshly baked apple cake in the pleasant courtyard. Pauline was on hand to...

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at La Lavandiere and could not rate it more highly. The accommodation is fabulous and has been refurbished to a very high and very stylish standard. Everything is spotlessly clean and Pauline should be proud of the high standards she has set. La Lavandiere is perfectly situated to get away from...
