We went there for lunch on our anniversary and were really surprised by the quality, the innovation and the harmony of all the ingredients that are comprised in each dish prepared. There is absolutely no way I will remember the name of everything I tasted but I can attest that all was superb!! We will definite be back ..... though...

I have finally figured out why they bother to have a menu. It is to choose the main course. Every year we agonize over what to choose and then they serve us everything. We always wonder if it will happen again and yes it does. The food is wonderful. If you are having dinner on a hot summer day bring...

It was a lazy and hot Sunday! After the beautiful market in Le Muy a surprising lunch at the Hostellerie. The four of us decided each to take the menu not the biggest not the smallest ;-) amouse bouch and 5 courses, three of them with a choice of 4 !!! After three greetings out of the kitchen the amouse...

We booked this hotel as we wanted to go to their very famous restaurant and enjoy the lake and mountains surroundings in the middle of nowhere. The suite we had reserved was perfect, quiet, clean with all amenities. The service was absolutely perfect and the breakfast delicious. We will be back.

Our junior Suite was nice and in mint condition. Slightly dark (illumination could be improved) and with no shower (you can only shower while sitting in the bath tube) which is a negative point. Nice terrasse leading to the garden. Otherwise no complaints. Friendly staff. Good breakfast (no buffet). Nice surrounding. Recommended (and a must if you have dinner at...

Having been recommended by our very knowledgeable French neighbours, we booked a junior suite and a table for dinner with high expectations. The room was large and extremely comfortable , muted tones. A few pops of colour would not have gone amiss, and some bright lighting in the bathroom would have been helpful, as would have a shelf for toiletries...

This is an immaculately kept hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms are modern with very efficient air-conditioning which was really welcome in the 37 degree heat we were lucky enough to have when we visited. The pool and its surroundings were very pleasant. The cooking in the Michelin starred restaurant is rather old-fashioned and not very imaginative, and the...
