Just completed an idyllic week at the Alladin Boutique Hotel and Spa. From the moment you are welcomed by Leigh and her team on arrival, nothing is too much trouble. The staff are attentive to your every need and are genuinely pleased to talk to you whenever they can - as the hotel only has 15 rooms at maximum capacity engagement between staff and guests is frequent and fun ! The food is all freshly cooked to order and mixes both local produce with international style dishes - it is all delicious and served with a warmth and smile at every meal. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with a mini bar and positively no televisions - the Sky Bar area offers sports events for those in need. Loungers are available by the small but very clean pool as well as on the beach where local life can be seen at first hand and the pool bar is only 5m away ! The massage in the spa area was reasonably priced and of good quality. Thanks to all the staff for such an enjoyable week.

This was our second visit to Alladin and we weren't disappointed. The hotel itself is a little gem in a very quiet area of Zanzibar with very easy access to a wonderful beach and the warm Indian Ocean.
The hotel has been developed over the last year to a very high standard but the warmth of the welcome was as it was on our first stay. There is adequate room outside to sunbathe, rest in the shade or swim in the infinity pool and the warm sea is just a few metres away.
The Reception personnel were professional and most helpful and will arrange trips to other areas of the Island as well as the various boating activities offered on the beach or elsewhere.
The food was of a very high standard and beautifully presented. All dining room staff always had a smile and were excellent.
The hotel offers transfers to and from the airport which was another blessing and the driver was excellent.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Alladin. It's a splendid place to chill out and revive oneself. We left well rested and ready to tackle our very busy world again.
Thank you to all for making our short holiday so memorable

We spent two exceptional weeks as guests of Alladin. The hotel is an intimate, top quality Boutique Hotel. Its size (20 rooms), the quality of the very new facilities and rooms, the spotless professionalism of the staff, not to mention the exquisite cuisine, makes the Alladin a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

During February 22 I had the pleasure to spend one week @ Alladin hotel together with my family and a group of friends.
From the beginning we have been greeted by the owner and staff with cold drinks and towels to refresh.
This place is brand new, open few months ago and truly stand out as a boutique hotel right on the beach.
We had the feeling that we have entire place for ourselves and staff was there to accommodate whatever we desire as far as food or drinks.
Now regarding food, simply outstanding, we tried different places/ restaurants on the island however Alladin chef was by far the best, literally fresh fish from the ocean and fresh fruits from the farms.
One night we wanted to experience Zanzibar traditional food besides fish and sea food and
The mix of different spices made the food so tasty that it was hard to stop eating.
Kudos to Peter ( owner ) and entire staff as well as to the real Maasai people that we’re making sure nobody will bother us even though it’s a really safe place.
Looking forward to returning soon.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a week enjoying the great weather and the white beach and beautiful blue sea. We appreciate the boutique type of hotel which gave us a very personalized service and friendly atmosphere.

Khamis the operational manager and his team do an outstanding job giving us the personal attention and high level service. Our room with a ocean view was perfectly sized and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job and all facilities are very clean. Twice a day the room is serviced.

Restaurant serves a good breakfast with local and international products and warm dishes are prepared to order. The chef prepares excellent starters with all fresh ingredients and delicious cooking. We even enjoyed our favorite Indonesian Nasi Goureng which a surprise. The wine selection is very good.

We recommend this hotel to all who prefer a relaxing holiday in a relatively small facility with a high level of comfort and luxury.

My husband and I stayed with Peter and his amazing team at Alladin Boutique Hotel and we can honestly say that our stay was amazing - one of the best! Peter and his team are so professional and the level of service is outstanding.
The location is stunning - we loved watching the sunrise over the Indian Ocean every morning and the white sandy beach was fringed with palm trees almost deserted, giving a real sense of exclusivity and peace.
The food was very high end without being expensive - every dish was beautifully presented and the overall experience was very close to fine dining.
We would definitely love to come back again and will be recommending Alladin Boutique Hotel to all of our friends back in the UK.

This was such a splendid experience. We had our 2024 NY eve celebrations here last night, the attention and personalised service was impeccable, thanks to Leigh and team, it was a memorable night into 2024!

I'm still in awe of how the team managed to keep track of everyone's orders and preferences with a seven course meal, plated and served to each pre ordered specifications.

The smiling team offered sparkling on the house while my daughter and I was cooling off in the lit up pool with candles, flowers and balloons to make for a very festive atmosphere after dancing into the new year, which was such a pleasant surprise.

Asante Sana Alladin Zanzibar

Since our arrival we have ONLY had good experiences with the Leigh and the team. My first email enquiring about the excursions we were guided as to the practicality and costs, so glad we followed Leighs advice from the get go!

Thanks Team, this was a holiday to write home about, literally! shared all our good experiences with all the friends and family all over the world.

We went to this hotel tch with a scared heart. The general manager (Khamis) had correctly and transparently informed me that work was going on at the property. They are going to expand the hotel by a number of rooms. This work would be completed by the end of November. But did not bother us at all.

The staff really did everything to give us a wonderful holiday. What a service! I haven't experienced much. I dare not mention names otherwise I might forget some. The general manager had his team well under control. Everything was done with a smile. Chef was from another planet. You would get several stars for this in Belgium for what you got on your plate. Cleaning team was really "cleaning sick". Everything was done multiple times. The bartenders listen to the customers how they like their cocktail.
Another quick word about the owners ... what a sympathetic couple. They regularly ascertained how we were doing without it becoming disruptive.

In short, a wonderful hotel that is definitely worth 5 stars. Ok, there were small mistakes but they were constantly adjusting. And this is just called maturity breeding that they can deliver the best service of the highest level.

Alladdin hotel is situated right on a beautiful beach, with sand more akin to flour and the sea a beautiful turquoise.

Our room was lovely, stylish, comfortable with a great shower.

The food here is delicious, always fresh and absolutely full of flavour.

But, what really sets Alladdin apart is the team. Each and every member work hard to ensure their guests happiness, all while making it seem effortless!

Leigh and the team have an excellent eye for detail, and there are countless touches, both big and small which amount to a really special stay.

Thank you so much for creating a beautiful holiday for Joey and I. We are truly grateful.

My husband and I stayed at Alladin Zanzibar for 4 nights this April. From the minute Jabir collected us from the airport and we arrived at the hotel, Leigh and her team of staff couldn't have done more for us. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and attentive. Dotto was particularly helpful and arranged two excellent trips for us to go snorkelling and visit the most beautiful sandbank an hour out from the beach, where we swam with hundreds of very curious, beautiful fish in the warmest sea we have ever experienced.
Every evening we would visit the Sky Bar and have a pre dinner cocktail mixed by Erick before enjoying a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant. Every meal we had was delicious and the hearty breakfast we had each morning set us up for the day.
Other staff who stood out as being very helpful were Rajab on reception and Mohamed one of the waiters.
Another lovely point to mention is that having left my mobile phone in the car on the way to the airport, Jabir the driver kindly found it and returned it to us at the security desk. We couldn't have been more relieved and grateful for his honesty and swift action.
