My room was amazing - large and spacious with beautiful interior design Good breakfast included Comfortable and good quality sunbeds, large good quality sunshades. 😩 My complaint would be people who are not guests of hotel access the sunbeds via beach area or side entrance of hotel and this is not monitored by hotel staff.

As previous reviewer has shared, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The welcome at check in / out could have been warmer but the staff at the bar and breakfast made up for it. Food & drinks priced reasonably for a hotel, however don’t miss Yawee on the main road (must reserve or queue) for super cheap and amazing quality Thai food, or Lazy Days (last restaurant on Relax Bay to the left as you come out the hotel) for great coffee, food and drinks. We also loved Spaghetti by Mangia (world class pizza and pasta… a real surprise for Thailand). Hotel happy hour good value and cocktails great. Watermelon frappes were our son’s favorite and at 100 baht were reasonably priced. Breakfast was good; the made to order pancakes and poached eggs were great. The stand out was the quality and spaciousness of the rooms. We had two teenagers with us so had to have two rooms however I would not have hesitated to all stay in one room in years gone by…. The day bed is almost a full size single bed and there is plenty of space for extra beds. The double bed is huge… at least a super king so you could easily get two adults and a child in it. We will be back! 3 nights wasn’t long enough once we’d got our bearings.

Not much to add to the many previous positive reviews. This place is great. Rooms are huge, modern and spotless. The pool area is lovely. Breakfast is perfectly adequate. The beach is great with a few bars and restaurants and offers the best sunset views I’ve ever seen. Only minor gripe was that the welcome / farewell from reception staff was weirdly unenthusiastic compared to everywhere else we stayed. Thankfully Fatima at the restaurant makes up for it. We will be back.

Our bungalow was located right next to the pool and only 1 minute away from the beach. It was nicely designed and was super spacious. In general, the whole hotel area was just wonderful including the beach site. There could have been some more sunbeds at the beach as mostly they were already taken when we arrived. At the beach you can find some restaurants and bars which have a nice selection of drinks and food but make sure to have a drink at the hotel bar as well because their cocktails are very good. The hotel team was super kind and supported us with booking our transfer to the next destination. You can also rent a motorbike directly at the hotel which was very handy.

After travelling all over Thailand and being on a tight schedule, we wanted somewhere peaceful to relax. We are a couple in our 50s and wanted somewhere near the beach and fairly quiet and comfortable. I am so glad we chose Lanta Casa Blanca. The grounds are really beautiful, the pool area was great and right outside our room. The staff were great, so smiley and helpful - especially Fatima in the restaurant (her singing of Zombie at the BBQ night was brilliant) and the guy on reception. We hired a scooter and saw a lot of the island. The scooter was well maintained and fairly new and really cheap to hire from the hotel. The BBQ evening was great fun and all the hotel guests went. There were a lot of really well behaved babies and children there and it seemed very well geared up to families. The breakfast was fine, its not international 5 star hotel standard but perfectly acceptable. The restaurants down the beach were all great too. Would definitely recommend Lanta Casa Blanca and Koh Lanta in general.

Almost everything about our 6 day stay was perfect. The entire staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Large, comfortable and quiet room facing the pool. Nice beach, pool, restaurant and scooter rental. Anything you need the staff makes it happen. Great value for this level of service. Only one tiny criticism is that the internet connection was too slow to upload videos to a blog.

This is the best place I've ever stayed in Lanta. All the facilities are beautiful. Staff are super nice and friendly. The hotel has its own beach and it is amazing. It's also quiet and relaxing like you have a private beach to yourself.

My family and I visited Thailand for the first time and we're so happy to have chosen Koh Lanta as our destination! We immediately felt comfortable and relaxed at Casa Blanca. There is lots of activities that are being offered to do if your in the mood for a little adventure. Although it's low season because of the rain season, we would still (or maybe even especially) recommend it to come here, since it was really calm and not crowdet at all (the locals were very happy about a few guests to their activities). Also I would't worry about the weather. It did rain a few times during our stay but it was rather enjoyable and cooling than a problem. And most of the time the weather was anyways perfect! Also we are really happy with the rooms we had, everything was very clean and also the style of it gave us a tropical feeling. There was also little reminders to behave in a eco-friendly way, which I think is very important since the thrash in the oceans and over-tourisms really is a big problem for our planet. But besides that we could also get a impression of the beauty of Koh Lanta! Not only did the nature and food amaze, but also the peoples friendlyness and behaviour was soo welcoming and warm! We really enyojed our stay here and definitely recommend it!!

The positives: - Lovely, clean rooms, great aircondition - Nice beachchairs - Beautiful sunsets on the beach (though the cleaning of plastic on the beach could be much better, how about leave bags in guestrooms to help collect plastic?). Recommend Fusion bar 80 meters left of hotel on beach for sunset ambience and sometimes fire shows. - Good service on front desk The not so positive: - The restaurant was just ok on quality and service. They are open on all nights, but we were only guests one night and felt they were in a hurry to get us out of there. Lazy Days down on the beach, and Yawee and Spagetti by Mangia up on the road are great and cheaper alternatives. - The pool keeps about body temperature and is therefore not refreshing at all. - Upon check out, there were 3 bills misplaced on our room. They were big bills, if not I would not have noticed. When we checked, other room numbers were clearly put on these tabs, so this was the redtaurant’s issue and not the other guests.

Great stay! A beautiful comfortable hotel with attentive friendly staff. The restaurant served tasty Thai food and a good spread at breakfast. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfy beds. Good spa. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you especially to Nong at Front Desk!
