Hello, Many thanks for taking the time to review us here on TA. It was lovely to meet you and we look forwards to seeing you again. And for the ginger biscuits: melt 55g margarine or butter with 55g caster sugar and 55g golden syrup. Stir together 115g plain flour with 1 teaspoon ground ginger and stir it into the melted butter mixture. Teaspoon the mix onto a baking sheet and bake 180C oven 10 minutes. Enjoy!
