Another lovely stay at Balloan House my son and I was on a shooting break, the hospitality you get from Heather is second to none she goes that extra mile to make your stay special the breakfast is the best I have had anywhere cannot wait for my next visit it's like home from home and you get a lovely...

Been working away and stayed in this dump for 3 days there's no locks on the doors heather is very miserable so is the lad in bar area got back after work yesterday all doors was locked sat outside for 50 minutes even though somebody had heard me knocking beds are like bricks DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Had a lovely break at Balloan House the rooms were very comfortable and clean, we had bed and breakfast, the breakfast was really good and cooked to perfection, Heather is a perfect hostess my husband and son have been so many times and would not stop anywhere else, I cannot wait for a return visit

It's not the first time I've stayed here and it wont be the last as it has everything you need after a days fishing. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is of the highest quality, and the bar welcoming. When asked about making dinners for us this wasn't a problem to Heather and the quality of the home made fare...

Spent 2 nights here when visiting the Black Isle Show. The four of us had two rooms, a double and twin bedrooms which were in good clean conditions.
