I had a week here in early February on an activity week. The organisation was excellent and all the activities top notch. Service throughout - from being picked up at the airport, to hotel reception and the bar and restaurant - was friendly and efficient. The location is absolutely stunning and the view from the bedroom window amazing. The rooms...

we are just back from Iso Syote; Stayed in a kelko cottage. Was very nice and quiet. Good with the pivate sauna. Only more towels are requiered. Just 2 small ones and 2 bigger is really not enough for 6 days. You can have more for 5euro per package. Restaurant is good; You can have the buffet but if you...

We were roomed in a fell top lodge, this was a lovely building with under floor heating, basic furniture but comfortable enough, the bed was comfortable and gave us a good nights sleep every night, we were half board but the lodge had everything needed to be self catering, the lodge is very suitable for children and included two shower...

We visited between the 24th and 29th of Jan and were greeted with snow at the airport! The transfer to the hotel was fine, even though it was a little over 2hrs long. On arrival at the hotel, the checking in was swift and we were shown to our room. My girlfriend booked us Aurora suite which was absolutely perfect....

From landing at the tiny Rovaniemi airport ( Santas official airport ) we were met by our shuttle bus driver for the 2 hour transfer to the hotel and although it may seem to the reader a long way it...

We have spent 5 nights in the Eagle View Suite in January 2017. First of all, we unfortunately haven't seen any northern lights. The only night when the probabilities were high for us to see any, the sky was not clear, and there was a lot of fog. Bad luck. However, despite this which was our main reason to come...

The services are very good. Transport from and to the airport of Oulu works seamless. But it's still a 2 hour drive from airport to the Syöte Ressort. Staff and Guides are very attentive. They know their job and how to deal with different kind of guests. Because we're arrived late in the evening, the Manager on duty grabbed still...

Just had four days in the Aurora suites at this hotel in the middle of the Syote National Park. Just fantastic. We had a private sauna and hot tub (covered in snow for a couple of days) included and both got used. Of course the weather makes it and that is why we went in Winter. We went for snow...

Stayed at ISO Syote hotel from 23/1 to 28/1. What a splendid venue for a completely different holiday. This trip was organised for my son on achieving his university degree. His request was cold weather, action and scenery. Accommodation. Absolutely first class, we stayed in a log cabin that was as warm as toast, with a private sauna and cooking...
