We stayed in a luxury family suite which was exquisite and very comfortable. We didn't want to leave the room. The hotel has great views, there are small local shops and cafes nearby, the ski lift is 5 minute walk and there are several stunning hiking routes nearby. The Shypit waterfall is within walking distance. The village itself is very...

Nice clean rooms. Great beds. Excellent food. Great location next to cable mountain lifts (work in summer — awesome views). Pylypets is one of the most beautiful Ukrainian mountain resorts and the hotel is to match. Will be coming back. Room tip: All rooms are the same quality more expensive rooms are just bigger and accommodate more people. If travel alone...

Staff was very friendly. Room with balcony was big and clean. The beds were comfortable. They had extra bed for child. Hotel has SPA and outdoor pool. There are many activities around. Breakfast was average.

Just love to come back to our nest shelter. After staying for 3 nights at Manhattan 4 * pricy hotel we felt as being treated very special in regards to prices and service quality :-) After all we are still here and enjoying our gateway. We didn't live here, only had lunch and dinners. Food is fresh, meals are diverse, big portions. Service is also of a good level. Nice music. Try chocolate dessert - fondant, it's just the best! Italian salat, soups and steaks are good. Mutton shashlik is not something they can boast of.

We had our 20 people team event there. Great BBQ dinners, good breakfast buffet and spacious rooms. Rooms are nice decorated and WIFI is very fast. Great view from the hotel. Everyone did enjoy the stay. English speaking of hotel staff is limited

We were surprised with great room facilities and service provided by the hotel. The view from our room was just perfect: fresh crispy air and snowy landscape. The hotel is located right next to a slope that is good for beginners and middle-class skiers.

The Grand Hotel was and is pretty much the only place in Pylypets that caters for the higher end. If you are unfamiliar with Ukrainian roads be ready for very tough, potholed roads to it. What you do get as a reward is a VERY large and mostly comfortable hotel to stay in. It's a 5 minute walk to Shypit...

The Grand Hotel Pylypets is really a superb location in the Carpathian Mountains. We had spent several nights over there as a part of our driving trip. The room is nicely decorated and has all required staff for comfortable staying. We had chosen suit for the family of four and it was big enough. The Hotel staff deserved special remark....

We stayed here for 8 nights in a standard double room in early August 2014 after the 2 days trekking over Borzhava. The room was immaculate clean and new: not a stain, not a scratch! The room had a nice little balcony with arty forged railing. The overall design is classic, soft and pleasant. Room service was good: timely, quiet,...
