This accommodation is more like an apartment - stylish with all mod cons. Two LCD TVs, a large fridge, modern stove, white tiled floors and 3 air conditioners. Beautiful garden setting and views. We used the pool every morning and it was always well maintained. The staff from reception to the gardeners were friendly and always ready to help. The...

Booked 1 bedroom condo for a month. Nice experience. The resort has now a new gym which is good, a sauna and two pools. For the price would stay again! Only complaints are that the facility is lacking care - gardening staff is working hard but due circumstances (jungle, humidity) you can see that the surfaces of buildings are deteriorating....

The Trees resort is set in the hills about 2 km west of Kamala. The resort has a number of self contained apartments with reception area, pool & cafe. If you stay there you really need your own transport to get around as the Trees location is set on a steep hillside which makes walking to and from virtually impossible....

We stayed for 3 nights in March 2014. Despite reading mixed reviews prior to our stay, we found the accommodation to be quite good, the room was large and well equipped with ample space for luggage, plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. The bathroom was huge with a decent shower. We stayed in a ground floor unit close to the...

I would highly recommend NOT staying in this "resort". When I booked my accommodation, I asked to see a picture of the apartment I would be renting. When later confirming, I was told that the picture wasn't the actual apartment we would be in, it was just to give us an idea of the kind of place we would be...

The Trees resort is not on the beach, in fact it's a few minute drive to the beach, however there is a shuttle that takes you to and from, we never felt inconvenienced. We actually really liked that when we left the beach and/or the night life, we were tucked away in quiet, beautiful place. The resort is nice, the...

This hotel is located about 2 miles from the Kamala beach but they have a shuttle bus which can take you to the beach (and the town centre) every hour and, if you want to travel at other times they will accommodate you for a small charge. The room we had was very good, it was an apartment rather than...

Fortunately we rented a car, the apartment is right inside on a steep slope, location is super inconvenient. Everything in the room is old. Even the air con is not working well, my room's aircon unit is fix above the toilet, far from my bed, which I can't feel the aircon at night. Bed is not comfy too. TV also...

The location was nice, surrounded by mountain and trees but how could I have imagined such nightmare was waiting for me. The room is very old, everything was not clean. Very different from the pictures they have on their website. The room and the bed sheets smelled like mold and I couldn't sleep well because of the smell. There's no restaurant...

We book this resort because we wanted a couple of relaxing Sleep-in days but whe we checked in we realized that the room we we've assigned had a very thin net curtains, allowing all the light to come in, preventing us from sleeping after 6 am.Also the couch was very dirty. We asked to be changed to another room. they...
