This was recommended by the couple who own the cottage we stay in when we are on holiday and we have now visited The Anglers several times during our stays. I can honestly say we are never disappointed with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The portion sizes are extremely generous - no one will...

We dropped in here on a Saturday evening. There was no trouble getting a table though there were plenty of people and a good atmosphere. The menu is straightforward. The food is always plentiful...

The staff were a...

Myself and husband ate in this restaurant during our stay at the Slieve Russell Hotel. The food was absolutely first class, I had the minute steak it was cooked to perfection and the portion was massive. My husband had the southern fried chicken which was tasty but I think steaks are the main attraction - you certainly won't be disappointed....

Gorgeous Sunday lunch, really enjoyed it. Well priced and free juice to help yourself too. It's making me hungry just the thought of it. Have also been in the evening a while back. Enjoyed a good steak :-)
