Hi, We are surprised to hear you did not enjoy your stay at the Bailie Hotel. When you checked in at 6.30pm, the receptionist on duty went to check in the restaurant if there was a table available for you and there was. She then informed you that there was a large group coming in later on. We are sorry...

Dropped in for breakfast on Wednesday morning. Greeted by a smiling waitress whom took our order. Full Irish x 1. Omelette x 1. Mini breakfast x 1. Tea and coffee. The full Irish was very good as was the other 2 meals. Quite a comprehensive breakfast setting from Juice to Cereal and an extensive menu. Very good Value for money...

We ventured to The Bailie Hotel on Sat, room was spotless.. and huge bathroom, we were in a newly refurbashed room, our friends rooms weren't very big but still spotless clean. Staff were great, food was fab. The only downside was have to pay into the nightclub, as a resident, I would have expected it to be free. All in...

The stay was lovely, bedrooms are nice and comfortable, the food is really lovely. The only thing I would like to add is that the hotel needs a little updating interior wise...

The people/staff at the hotel were great. The room we got was a bit small but clean. The in house restaurant had some great food. Very friendly atmosphere. It is a relatively small town so don't expect too much. We were there to visit old family friends and do genealogical research. Stayed 3 nights. There is no lift so humping...

We stayed in the Bailie Hotel last weekend. This is a small town hotel. Very old world type of hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel but, you are not paying 4 star prices and we really enjoyed out stay. The room was small but adequate. The room and ensuite was spotlessly clean. My husband even commented that the...

I wasn't sure what a local country pub was going to be like but this one exceeded our expectations because it has recently been beautifully renovated to suit travellers like us - from Australia, in our 50s and wanting to experience the culture of the country and people, but wanting a lovely quiet sleep. Thank-you. A lovely room up the...
