I stayed at Six Pack Cottage whilst being in Thailand for a month and apartment from the bed which moved side to side as my partner moved it was a lovely stay. Good value for money, the hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating. Any little thing that came up, no water, internet down, metal poking out of the mattress, red ants in the shower, it was all dealt with quickly and without hesitation or negativity. When we requested to move rooms for the evening, we were put into a more decorative room, no obstacle stopped our enjoyment of being there. The hotel owner was always smiling and receptive. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay here, The place is spotlessly clean.. Rooms cleaned 3x weekly if you’re there over a week.. Lovely pool area, 2 kitchenettes for guests to use,( some more cutlery,a couple more saucepans would be good) A really nice restaurant on the premises, it’s a little more pricey than others on the strip, but handy when you’re tired/lazy!!
WIFI’s not good!!
Close to all the sports camps/restaurants
All the ladies working there are just lovely.. I would definitely stay there again

I choose this place because a friend's recommendation. And hell she's was right!!
The housekeeping is great, the whole place is immaculate clean.
The pool area is great to chill out after a hard day of training.
And it's just a great place for a fantastic value.
And last but not least there is Nina, the wonderful human who runs it. She's has showed me during these past weeks to be one of the most beautiful persons I have ever met. And very probably that's the main reason why the atmosphere here is so friendly.

I stayed here for a month because it was one of the cheapest rates on the Soi. It is a good location, has an OK pool, rooms are big, MOST of the staff is friendly (I will get to that in few sentences) and has a "kitchen" on the top floor... There are no safes in the rooms which made me a little uncomfortable traveling to a foreign country- but didn't have an issue with the cleaning staff in any way shape or form.

I feel it is my duty to write this review to warn travelers about the invasiveness of one of the staff members. A middle aged woman by the name of Nina worked at the hotel. She was always perched on a chair in the "lobby" (there is no lobby, its a restaurant- but the only way to come and go from the hotel is to pass it) and due to her boredom took obsessive track of everyones movements. It did not really bother me, annoyed me, but seemed harmless, again- this was a choice to stay here because of the price. She frequently got very drunk with some of the guests and then attempted to sleep with them- which, again, was funny- especially when some of my male friends (there were a few) showed me texts of hers while she was drunk. It was more of a, "ohhh Nina... she's insane and at it again" What was funny at first became uncomfortably gross. The amount of people she flung herself at and the frequency she did it at went from funny to troublesome. She was more than unprofessional. Once she realized a few of the men were not interested and I was friends with them she became rude and uncooperative for any requests the guests were making to the hotel (ex: a toilet overflowing and her response being, "how do you like it when I ignore you?") Basically... stay clear. There are more options on the Soi that are actually closer to the camps and don't have staff members that get in your business (OH and did I mention your room?! to do god knows what including taking photos of your personal possessions)... I moved hotels because of her and it completely changed my peace of mind and focus on why I was there. I recommend Phuket to everyone and tell them to steer clear of 6 pack. (if I had the option, I would include everyone's testimonials that I met there that are all very similar)... its a college dorm with high school antics. not where you want to be after a hard day of training

So this was my third time to visit in 6 months! And Apple was kind enough to make arrangements for me to the room prior to me coming and without a booking. I was not quite sure whether I was going to extend or stay longer, there was a bit of misunderstanding between Apple and Zoe, the 2 Receptionists = which could have been better handled as there may have been an overbooking or the room sold out. The payment dates were discussed with the Receptionist on duty however communication was not passed down, or there was some issue at the point in time, which caused undue stress. The manner in which the staff communicated was not professional and could do with some training to correct the situation in the future. Stay was pleasant rooms were clean, housekeeping staff was efficient. Taxi organised was on time. The property in itself was beautiful.
All in all enjoyed my stay, would recommend this place however maybe booking in advance would be a better idea to avoid any issues.

Stayed here for almost 3 months - fantastic staff & excellent accommodation. Very new so everything works and isn't old and broken. Zoe the manager speaks perfect english and is always willing to help.

Great value accommodation and 2 minutes walk from all the good gyms - Unit 27, Tiger Muay Thai, etc.

Bed is especially comfy and as a solo female traveller really safe location and good 'crowd' who stays at this place.

Will certainly stay again - restaurant at 2home next door does great food too!!

Stayed for a month for the first time at SixPack.

Had everything I needed. Big bed, good pillows, lockable locker, drying rack for gym gear, big bathroom with good shower, quiet, dark room for sleeping.

Excellent location, just far enough off the Soi to be close but quiet.

And I could not have cleaned my room more myself! I’d leave and come back to a spotless room several times a week.

Only con: the Wifi was a bit hit and miss at times.

For what I paid, during peak season, it’s definitely worth staying here.

You won't find a better deal than Sixpack its new, has kitchen facilities which saves me a fortune on food, simple food because you eat a lot when you train and need those extra gap fillers!! All rooms have WiFi, AC, En Suite, fridge, theres nothing missing that you would expect from any resort, huge 20m pool deep enough to dive, taxi service, scooter rental, close to all the gyms but tucked away on a quest street

Message them on Facebook for the best deals they run special offers quite often in low season :D

My wife and I stay at six pack cottage every time we visit Phuket, and for good reasons.
Our lifestyle in Phuket is very simple. We wake up, we train Muay Thai, we shower, we eat, go swimming, get work done, train again sometimes, shower eat, get work done, relax, sleep and repeat haha. Once in a while, we will go out for drinks or explore other parts of Phuket, but our lifestyle here is mostly focused on training and this schedule. In addition, we don’t need much. As long as we have a good clean room, at a low price, near a pool and close to all the schools and restaurants on the Soi, we are happy.
And if this is what you are looking for, this place may be a good fit for you. We saved money by staying here, so we could focus on training. They also offer cleaning and laundry service which saves you so much time. The rooms are minimal, but clean and nice. There is also a small fridge in each room to store your food and water. There are two desks and a flat screen tv. If you don’t want to go out to eat, you can cook in the shared kitchen which also has a blender which is nice. Some people complained about the slow internet, but that can be very easily solved by getting a SIM card and buying a plan, where you could use your phone as a hotspot, and with this, we had no issues with slow internet. We worked, streamed movies, etc with ease.
And finally, two homes would not be what it is without Elle and Nina. Not only are they professional and helpful, they make it feel like home. As well as the rest of the staff, they are so sweet. Make sure to say hello to them everyday and give them a smile.
We love six pack cottage and we will be back every time we visit Phuket. It’s become our second home.
