We recently stopped off here for a drink on our way through. Really cosy - and even got a seat at the fire to warm up!! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

I have been a visitor to Annora for many years but this was my first ever stay in the B&B and it was excellent. Despite it being a cold November weekend the welcome was as warm as ever. The room was very clean and cosy and the food was fantastic. The bar staff were, as always, very friendly.

We arrived here on a wet miserable Friday evening to be greeted with a welcome pot of tea and biscuits and a roaring log fire. Extremely homely and inviting, the bar staff were lovely very friendly and as for Nora, she is such a bubbly friendly person who cannot do enough for you. The rooms were spotless and beds very...

THis is a superb local pub, with friendly staff and regulars who are welcoming and funny. The bar is well-stocked and reasonably priced, and the food is traditional and good value. Strongly recommend.

We recently camped in Portnoo so headed to Annora for some food and a few drinks. Its a lovely place but what really makes it stand out is the friendliness of the staff especially the young guys behind the bar

Fantastic room in a seaside town that time seems to have forgotten. Exceptionally clean & well decorated ensuite room with flat screen tv.( Friends stayed in the next room and had no tv!) We had a kettle but no cups or tea/coffee. The breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe and was 1st class with endless coffee and toast complimenting...

We called in here on a windy cold Sunday in April. What a pleasant surprise, a cup of tea (and Guinness!) readily available and a traditional session on in the afternoon. Everyone from the staff to the customers were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at Annoras recently where there was a lovely welcome and a traditional Irish music session in full swing. We had a great night in the pub, and enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable room with en suite. I would definitely recommend it and would hope to return!

While staying in Portnoo at the end of August, we went to this pub one evening for our tea. We had the most delicious Fish & Chips beautifully served with a side salad. Lovely light crispy batter on the fish and chips that our teenage sons reckoned were the best in Ireland. Nice friendly staff and good value too.

Thank you for your kind words. They really make the struggle to stay open during the quiet times worth while. Hope you will return to Narin soon. Ann T

Just went in for a takeaway in the café, cardboard tasting chips, is there no-one working in this county who can peel a potato, you'd have thought in the emerald isle it would be one place you'd get real chips but no this place is up there with all the rest I've visited, just another greasy spoon with tasteless food.

I am sorry that this traveller had such a disappointing trip to this beautiful part of Ireland - to have SO many negative experiences - I think I read three - is really very sad. Perhaps if they return and let us know they are here, we MAY be able to address any issues they have? It would be SO...
