Stayed here with my family of 6 over Christmas and New Year. Cant praise this place enough. Clean, welcoming and the owner cannot do enough for you. Coming home for Christmas is stressful enough but Karen (The owner) made our stay the best vacation we've ever had. From the Christmas tree she set up for us when we arrived to...

Karen, the owner, is very professional and friendly. She was always available before and during our stay, accommodating my requests regarding dates and days, and providing full information at our arrival. I was delighted with a "welcome present" - as I can call it - which we found on the kitchen table! Our cottage was spacious and warm, equipped with...

We ejoyed our stays at Robertston Holiday Village - we went back for a second week!!! The first time was in cold weather, and the heater in the lounge failed but Karen found us several heaters and we discovered the joys of peat fires. Karen was very welcoming and friendly and her guided walk around the area was well worth...

We are 2 Canadian senior couples. One of the best parts of our stay at Roberstown Holiday Village was the help we got from both Karen & Claire in the office. Karen was most helpful in providing information about local attractions, places to eat and visit. She directed us to visit the Wicklow Mtns including the 2 gaps, Wicklow Gap...

Thank you Dean for your kind words and I very much appreciate them and your feedback. I'm delighted to know that you enjoyed the suggestions and itineraries that we gave to you for your day trips. Great cottages for a family or large group traveling together. Having a kitchen, den, 2 bedrooms and bath & 1/2 was so nice. Lots of interesting places to visit within an hour or so driving from Holiday Village.

Robertstown holiday village is in a wonderful location overlooking the canal. Beds were very comfortable, slept so well every night! Accommodation is comfortable, could do with a little update. Shower was a bit temperamental! Karen was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We would stay again.

Nicely situated in a cute little town and close enough to Dublin and near several tourist sites. The simple two-bedroom homes have everything you need, including a fireplace for atmosphere and the Grand Canal in the back yard for fun viewing of barges passing by. Owners are very keen to accommodate visitor needs, so just ask if you need something.
