On arrival I was greeted by the very friendly and pleasant Sam on reception. She made the check-in a very pleasant experience and gave me all the information I required for my stay. The room was very spacious, clean and decorated to a high standard. The hotel itself has fantastic amenities, which makes the stay a very pleasurable experience. I... More

We booked the Spa Escape Package for €399 on 07/11. On arrival at check in, the booking was incorrect, we were booked for room only- yet reservations had made my dinner booking & connected me to the Spa when I made the original booking. Proof of booking was requested from my e-mails, which I had to had. No robes/slippers in... More

Twice in the last month I attempted to have lunch here with friends and twice we walked out after waiting and not getting any service. The staff are too busy having a yap and a flirt with each other by the bar and when we went to leave we were told "thanks have a nice day!" I explained there was... More

Do yourself a favour and stay at home. That's the nicest thing I can say about this hotel. Don't know where the four stars came from. Far nicer hotels within fifteen minute drive of here in every direction.

Pleasantly located within easy reach of Dublin, this is a hotel where you can meet people and get business done. Extensive spa, well patronised (if the number of signed shirts on display was anything to go by) by professional sports teams playing away from home. I used the swimming pool which - unusually for a hotel facility - had lanes... More

We were staying at this hotel for a friend's wedding. The drive way up to the hotel is lovely. There was ample parking. As we came into the reception there was a fire lighting. We checked in and headed to our room. We had a twin room which was quite nice and spacious. The TV was very old fashioned and... More
