We stood here for a few nights to see northern lights and go on some trips with Lappland Safaris (right next to the hotel). The Hotel is really lovely with very nice, helpful and funny staff. The Glassigloos are very unique and worth at least a one night stay! The food is amazing and worth the price (40€ for 3...

We stayed just 3 nights in order to experience Lapland and have some snowy adventures. The hotel was perfect. It's not smart or fancy but very comfy, warm and relaxed. We had a superior room which has a sitting area and, like all rooms in the hotel, it's own sauna. Everything is clean, the bed is comfy, the shower is...

Just returned from a 5 day stay.what a warm and friendly hotel, where the whole team work so hard to provide a faultless stay. The rooms are spacious and warm, and I would strongly recommend a night in one of the igloo rooms, where you can lay in bed, and watch the Aurora, if it appears. Great food, all local,...

The hotel is lovely and feels a lot like home! We stayed in a standard room with a fireplace. This was lovely and cosy, and had a sauna in the bathroom. Perfect after...

Lovely place to spend a night, or a few, to enjoy some peace away from the buzz. Be sure to prepare some food if you are...

Excellent facilities fantastic service, visited here to see my fiancé who is working in Lapland seasonally. I do need to apologise to the chef where at 15 minutes till the kitchen closed I ordered 2x 3 course meals, something which is a bit mean but the food was fantastic and I would like to thank the chef for a lovely...

“A North facing room so you might see the lights.”
of 5 bubbles mervalino, 27 Dec 2015 | Read review
“The aurora can be seen from the glass igloos, but it's best to get away from the lights of the hotel itself, and the street it is located on, and over to a nearby frozen lake (3-4 min walk), or to a well-known large/open field (7-10 min walk) for the most vibrant and spectacular views in the immediate area. If staying in a standard room, be sure to request a room AWAY from the staircase, and don't expect any view in rooms on the first/downstairs floor, otherwise, all room windows face north.”
