Headed to another camping destination in our camper, it was getting late & we passed the Bettle & Chisel spotted the sign stating free camping so we stopped. We nipped in to ask the following: - Are we were ok to camp? They said yes. Are you still serving food? They said yes. Are we ok to bring in kids...

We visited whilst staying in Port Gaverne, with friends on holiday. Dogs are allowed in the dining area, although not much space for them. Lovely food and great portion sizes. We will be visiting again

We went here for my sister in law 25th Anniversary. The food was really good, the portions sizes were large. They decorated the table for us. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The pub inside and out was very nicely decorated. Very family oriented.

Cannot fault welcome, quality of food, quantity of food, good selection of beers and wines. A great traditional village pub, free car parking with free camping if you eat in. Very convenient for Tintagel or Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow. Don't drive past, pop in for a true Cornish welcome and pint.

Stopped here for lunch when passing through Delabole. Good selection,fm rom snacks to full meals, and the sausages, mash and onion gravy went down a treat! I was even talked into having a pudding by the very welcoming staff.

On the 23rd of march we stopped for lunch. Lovely female member of staffed gave us a warm welcome. We asked for a light lunch which we enjoyed and it was well presented. We would certainly visit again.
