Vinalia. Ceptura Mansion’s chambers are an oasis of peace and tranquility and sweet talks about wine and an outstanding sensory experience. We chose a minimalist design for rooms, with walls recalling your grandparent’s old house and a lot of objects that continues the wine’s story: the lighting made of wine bottles, wine barrels staves and hoops, paintings with words of wisdom about wine. The simple furniture, antique, comes together with old music covers and the bathrooms with a view in the room. The mansion has a total of 20 rooms

The property is nice and very clean. Staff is very kind, helpful and they were observing the Covid health indications, so you feel safe. The location is very close to Bucharest but still allows you to disconnect from the big city life. The Chef is very good and food was excellent.
For wine we stayed mainly with Sauvignon Blanc and Feteasca Neagra.
Overall we had a great experience and will be returning.

The location isn't hard to reach and i recommend it to everyone.
Even if you'll not come to drink wine, it is very relaxing to stay a while in the middle of nature or to eat something on the terrace.
They have rooms if you want to stay over night, a pool to use during summer.
We only came here for lunch and we were delighted.
The food is not cheap but very tasty.
Pork ribs, pork muscle with apple sauce, duck with potatoes puree were excellent.
Beef was prepared correctly, it remained juicy.
They also have a kids menu, our children liked pasta.
The desserts very good : pavlova with forest fruits, pancackes with cheese and raisins. Lava cake was ok but not in the top i've eatten.
Menu have enough options for everyone.
Serving was attentive.
A lot of parking places are available.
Covid rules are respected.

The place is great, big investment.
Some things ar starting to be degraded.
I didn’t understood why the dog, ducks and the garbage was so close to the restaurant, having in view that they have a lot of land.
The food was ok, nothing special despite the looks (mediocre taste).
They are not flexible at the restaurant, If you ask to change the garnish it will be an aventure.
We traveled with or 2 kids, 4 years and 2 years, and despite that we ordered main courses for me and my wife and the big child, a bottle of wine, desert, they didn’t accepted an order for soup for the small one, because was dinner.
The waiters are very slow, and you must search them :), and they don’t know the meniu. 1 exception, a girl Violeta, I Think.
The breakfast was good, except the fact that they prepare the fried eggs in the morning and at 10am are rubber!
The pool could be cleaned better.
Clean Rooms.
Fair Prices.

The first thing to mention: this is not only a hotel. It is also advertising its services as a "gourmet restaurant". This "gourmet restaurant" is what I am reviewing.
I've been here with friends two times, one year apart.
The first time (Sept 2020), the wine was good, food and service average.
The second time (Sept 2021), it was awful. Again, the wine was good, although the selection was relatively poor: 5 or 6 dry wines. Please keep in mind; this is a vineyard. Food quality was average and below, but prices were very high.
I cannot describe the service with polite language. We had a reservation and were led to a table right by the door. The restaurant was almost empty, but the hostess simply refused to change the table. After some arguments, we just sat at a different table.
After nearly 10 minutes, a waitress came to take our order. She did not make a single recommendation. After ordering the food, we asked for some bread and olive oil. The waitress left, 10 minutes later we received nothing.
We asked (very politely) our waitress for some bread and olive oil, and we enquired about our food. She started to scream and yell, that there are only 4 cooks in the kitchen, and they are busy - 3 tables (some 16 people) were occupied in the whole restaurant. The manager came over, and told us they were out of bread !!

We drank the wine, paid for it, and left without leaving a tip.

Conacul Vinalia is a beautiful and relaxing destination for wine enthusiasts or those seeking a special experience in an authentic rustic setting. Situated in the heart of the Ceptura wine region, this manor offers a charming atmosphere and an immersion into the world of wines.

Typically, such manors are designed to provide a complete experience, offering tourists the opportunity to stay in comfortable rooms, explore the vineyards, and learn more about the wine production process through tours and tastings.

Each manor has its own specific charm, and the Vinalia Manor in Ceptura likely offers a combination of picturesque landscapes, delicious wines, and personalized services to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

I spent here 2 nights, on October 13th to 15th and was a wonderful experience (we were a couple on holiday) as accommodation and restaurant facilities. The surroundings are pleasant (we’re in between the vineyards, during vendange time, so we could walk and see all the process, taste various wines and ...have some nice bottles for home, of course). The room was sparkling clean, comfortable bed and proper bathroom, comfy equipped and a nice balcony too (the sun rise could be seen just from the balcony and the sight is nice and colorful). There is also parking space and proper restaurant space and a nice pool, too. The personnel was kind and gentle with us, food & wine were plenty and tasty . There are also opportunities for visiting the surrounding area (wineyards, Bellu Mansion a.s.o), therefore is an extremely nice place to come, relax and spent a pleasant part of your lifetime.
We’ll certainly return here and we kindly recommend this place to others!

Location: close to Bucharest, amazing view.
Accomodation: small rooms but pretty well cleaned. The pillows very unconfortable, they need to be changed. Lucky that I had my own pillow.
Workers are starting to work in the wineyard at 07:00 am so you can not sleep longer.
They should not allow parties with "manele" when is not the same group in the entire hotel as it is disturbing!
Food: very good, the Buzau chef cooks nice food and he understands perfectly special requests. We enjoyed the all what we eat. Nevertheless, the food should be simpler and adapted to the local food, not shrimps and complicates stuffs which have nothing to so with the place.
Staff: the restaurant staff is friendly and speedy.
Good choice for 3 days vacation! We will come back!

We were there for a family anniversary, and it was all perfect. From the promptness, flexibility, and quality of information provided to us by the resort manager from the beginning of our planning (about 6 months ago?) up to and including our event; to the hospitality of the entire staff during our stay and during the anniversary we celebrated. It was really a very special event (and long weekend) for us, and it turned out great thanks to the efforts of the manager and everyone there. The ‚conac’ is quite amazing in its designs and finishing touches, it has something for everyone to do, and the food and various wines were appreciated by all. We loved it and will definitely return if we have an opportunity.

If it weren’t for the personnel I would’ve rated it three stars. They were kind and attentive but some still young and rather unexperienced. The rooms were rather rustic and too expensive in my opinion. Still, the room had a refrigerator, a television set and an AC. The wine cellar was cute but nothing extraordinary. Everything was pretty clean. The wine itself was mediocre in my opinion. We ate at a Swedish buffet and the food was good. The view from the room was beautiful since the vineyard was beautifully managed and in pristine condition. Oh, and the orange cat was fabulous. Very friendly creature.

Located in Romania's wine country and just an hour away from Bucharest, the place is perfect for a weekend getaway. They have nice, clean rooms, with balconies. The restaurant offers really tasty food, with decent prices and very good wine. Breakfast was also very good, they offer a couple of choices, good coffee also. We enjoyed a wine tasting, informative and well done. The surroundings are beautiful, you can enjoy a walk around the vineyards, the peace and quiet. Very friendly staff and we will return for sure!
