Nestled amongst the bush only 1.5km away from the beach is Noosa’s best kept secret “Beach Road Holiday Homes”. 49 Architecturally designed houses and magical leisure centre with 4 swimming pools including a lap pool, heated spa, games room, lounge and a childrens playroom are superbly located to be just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Noosa’s thriving tourist spot but close enough if you want to let them have a taste of it. Our houses are all three or four bedrooms with three or four bathrooms. We can organise private chefs to come in for a private dinner party or we can organise a BBQ hamper for you to cook yourselves. So come up and have a look you will be glad you did.

We rented a 4 bedroom house, it was comfortable but for the very expensive price we expected more. The pool & tennis court areas were nice, but there were no safe walking tracks, really not the place to stay, would have been better camping.

Beach road holiday homes is by far the best place I’ve stayed in noosa, it has a nice beachy feel but also the amenities to make it feel more luxurious. The big spacious homes and awesome leisure centre is superb.

The home was roomy and we'll laid out for two families with adult kids , pool in shared recreation area was really a bonus ,ferry at $20 bucks a round trip ,you need to be well supplied for your stay ,we had 7 days and the start up kit for 7 days is dismal,the house needed a really good deep clean it was dusty and lacked TLC ,cups all chipped and not sufficient for a family of 8 .. an upgrade to a SMART TV in the lounge as free to air was dropping out as was the internet ,the location is tranquil and off the between track away from the manic Hasting Street which was a bonus .

We have been staying at Beach Road Homes since the resort was first built. Over the years we have stayed in a number of the houses and always have a lovely relaxing stay. So close to the beach and just a quick ferry trip across to the Noosa area. It is one of our families favourite destinations.

We really loved our stay in our 3 bedroom house, very clean and spacious. I love that every house is different and unique and are all spaced out, so there is lots of privacy. Everyone was very accommodating as well. Will definitely be back for our next noosa trip.

The house needed a really good spring clean but was large enough to fit two families comfortably without getting in each others face. Water pressure isn't strong enough to launch a twig down the gutter of a street. Internet is blazingly fast which is a real bonus. The "Karens" that run the local coffee shop should be avoided at all costs.

Great location for a weekend trip. Our 4bdr house comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 6 kids (11 - 5). Beautiful house set in amongst the bush. Kids loved the pool area and spent much of the day there. Too much to do for a weekend so we will be planning an extended return trip.

This resort was probably lovely once, but now with chipping paint around the structures of the pool, no comfy cushions to relax on, and pool water that was mostly opaque rather than blue, I think the body corporate needs to re-invest profits back into their property. In addition, 2 our of 5 mornings were disturbed by noise - the first being an hour and a half of a hedge trimmer noise around the pool - not so relaxing - and then an early morning fire alarm that went off next door and was reported but not dealt with until I called again 40 mins later. The whole household was woken up. Otherwise, the properties are large and comfortable and well stocked - though I'd think it important to let people know the double rooms are actually two single beds pushed together.

We decided to take a long weekend at Noosa North Shore & stayed at Beach Road Holiday Homes, 90 Beach Road, Noosa North Shore. Arrived Friday avo, checked out Monday morning. Booked #45 which was amazing. 4 bedrooms. 3 large king size beds, 2 with self contained en suites and built in robes, the other it’s own bathroom complete with bath, and separate powder room. The 4th bedroom is set up with 4 single beds, great for kids. Clean and tidy and well equipped with everything we needed. Reverse cycle air con. All appliances in excellent working order. Outdoor bar b q handy too. Got to see some wildlife including a large kangaroo and goanna. A ferry / barge is how you access Noosa North Shore which runs frequently $8 each way for a car. Pedestrians $1 return. The Beach Road Holiday Homes has a leisure centre including pool, spa, tennis court, cafe, games room, & conference type room. Large spacious green spaces with the beach and river on your door step, plenty of things to do or do nothing for the total chill out experience.
