Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Having been on a truffle hunting morning we went to La Contact for lunch using the truffle that were found. We assisted in the preparation of the meal which was exquisite. A brilliant lunch can not wait to return for dinner.

Visited the restaurant for a Friday night meal on a balmy summer evening. As the sunset over the beautiful hills and to the sound of the gently tinkling fountain, we were treated to a series of wonderful dishes. Local meat and cheese antipasti. Delicious grilled aubergine/cheese/tomato slices. A stunning pearl barley salad with goji and mirelle. Tempura courgette flowers, aubergine, pepper and apple. Handmade ravioli with ricotta and courgette flowers again. Finally, a choice of lamb, pork or fish. All washed down with a delightful local Vino Rosso. Whether veggie or carne, and for all ages, a fantastic experience with a delightful and attentive hostess. Could not recommend more highly...and the value? Outstanding. Starve yourself before, and sleep after...

Two weeks ago we had dinner at the restaurant after recommendation from friends. From beginning to end the service was perfect and friendly and the food delicious and unique. We also had the pleasure of meeting Pina the truffle hunting dog which was a wonderful companion throughout dinner. Although the restaurant was a bit far from where we stayed the trip was worth while. I would recommend everybody to come and eat here.

The food is beautifully prepared and served so nicely and in a heated warm restaurant. The fact that it is a little different from the normal here makes it very attractive. It is a real treat to eat here, what you eat comes from their land.

We visited La Conca for Sunday lunch. It was a beautiful day and before our meal we strolled around the fabulous garden where all the produce is grown. The views of the mountains are fantastic! Our meal consisted of numerous small courses, each one beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Vegetarians are well catered for here too with tasty imaginative dishes. The restaurant is cosy and the staff are friendly and attentive. A wonderful meal, good service, lovely surroundings and very reasonably priced - who could ask for more?

The food was so different .............purple risotto was gorgeous and every course was beautiful with so much detail and care gone into the dishes. The chef and staff were so friendly and took very good care of us, we was a party of nine and was in the evening, so I couldn't see the amazing views which everyone said were brilliant. We travelled about 40 minutes this is how good the food is, all the other people lived in Le. Marche and all have been here before. Very good value with wine 35 euros , I will be back.............

What a great place, people and food were fantastic a must visit when in the area. The organic vegetables and fruits were just special. The location is nestled in a valley looking up to the mountains. We will be back in September to sample the rooms !!! See you soon

We were fortunate to enjoy a meal at La Conca. Our friends were here from Canada and the five os us had an absolutely wonderful meal and enjoyable evening. The food, presentation and the outstanding chef Mirela were beyond our expectations. We all agreed it was one of the best meals we had ever experienced. We have more friends coming to visit and this is defiinitely an evening worth sharing again. Would highly recommend La Conca to anyone visiting the area.

I hired a private villa near Smerillo for my birthday and was recommended to this cookery course with the delightful, Mirela, for my birthday. The combination of her welcome and the views set us off on a great start! Food was incredible and learnt some fantastic cookery tips. The course was very relaxed, but also felt veey much a part of it. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food (nettle pasta and mixed meat sauce, for example), spectacular views (eating area looks over the mountains) and homely surroundings.

Inventive, creative, fresh local produce all helped to make what was a truly wonderful meal - the best we have had for ages! Would heartily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Welcome and hospitality was second to none .... Can't wait till we visit our friends at La Cascina in Force again which is also 5 star , to go back to La Conca for another memorable evening of good food , wine and a great host.
