Chiswick is well connected to the capital, but just outside all the hustle and bustle. Take a stroll along the nearby River Thames, head to Kew Gardens to get a taste of the tropics or explore the chic boutiques along Chiswick High Road. There's plenty to keep foodies happy too, with some of West London's best alfresco cafes, gastro pubs and food markets just a short walk away. When you've fallen for Chiswick's village vibe, head back to our London Chiswick hotel for dinner in our Thyme restaurant and then sink into your luxurious bed.

Stayed twice within the space of a week as husband had an operation at Charing Cross hospital and the bus from this hotel is 23 minutes door to door.
First 2 nights was in room 231 which was facing the internal courtyard so very quiet. Room was large and had a full bathroom with bath with a wonderful rainfall shower head. Very clean but quite a walk from the front desk.
Second 2 nights was in room 124 which is on the same floor as reception. Again a long walk from reception, but we found a cut through to the dining area that saved time. This room was facing the roundabout, but again very quiet as the window had triple glazing. No bath in here and no rainfall shower head, but good pressure shower in a large cubicle space (size of where bath would have been). This room was not as tidy as the first room, as it had marks on the walls, that could easily have been washed off with soapy water and the net curtain was past its best.
Breakfast was good in quality and value but could have been hotter. Lovely fruit salad and croissants.
Parking paid for in advance, was easy to find, large parking spaces and plenty of EV charger installed but not yet working. Hotel in ULEV zone but not the congestion zone.
Easy walk to the bars / restaurants on Chiswick High Street or a quick bus ride from outside the hotel to Richmond which we did on our first visit.
No hesitation to book this hotel for our further visits.

Great location for the price, the bus stop 100m from the entrance will have you in Hammersmith station in 10 mins running every 15 mins. Rooms & staff as expected for a Premier inn ( very good). Will definitely stay here again.

Have stayed here a few times now whilst sightseeing in London as it is significantly cheaper than staying in the centre and the more touristy areas. The nearest tube station (Turnham Green) is about 10-15 min (less than a mile) walk away. We always find somewhere nice to eat between the hotel and the station.
Staff at the hotel are pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Air con helped to keep to room at our preferred temperature. There is free Wi-fi.
Car-parking is available and there is a restaurant within the hotel.

Room and beds were fine no issues, I slept well. Food was inedible in the evening, the soup was old and was like green dishwater with no texture. The chips certainly weren’t the advertised skin on chips and came out so overcooked they were a deadly weapon. The so called freshly rolled pizza was that solid I could’ve used it as a frisbee as it was unable to be cut. I was not alone with my food issues and at least 2 other tables had the same concerns and issues with others later as well. Clearly the management must listen to our concerns not tell us to leave feedback!! Now I understand why there were so many food deliveries to the hotel that I witnessed during my 2 night stay!!
A number of us ladies complained 3+ times over 2 hours that the ladies main toilet by the restaurant was disgusting and needed to be cleaned as it was still a state from the morning (as I refused to use it before I left) thinking that when I got back it would have been cleaned, well it hadn’t. To be told later that housekeeping had left early, I asked had they even cleaned the toilet as no cleaning regime visible and why is it still filthy from the morning to which I was told that they’d take it out if service. Well great so I now had to either use the disabled toilet or go to my room rather than somebody putting gloves on and cleaning!!
All in all food is an important part of a stay away especially when you’re working and this hotel left me feeling sick and hungry. I will not be going back even though I have more work in that town.

We’ve just returned from a three night stay in this hotel and as usual the room was great, clean comfortable and excellent value for money .
Two minutes walk from the bus that drops you in Hammersmith station in fifteen minutes it’s a great location for the commuter and tourist alike.
There was a burst pipe one day which meant the showers were luke warm at best but this was quickly rectified and a discount offered so complaints from me ! Breakfast was lovely although it did get busy but there was a good well cooked choice . Evening meals were tasty and good value too and the staff especially Affi the manager couldn’t do enough for us , she is a asset to the company !

Another great stop in this hotel, our 4th stop here over 5 years.

Car park located below and restaurant inside.

The menu was smaller than previous times but we are in a pandemic so nothing to complain about.

The room was spotless as always so all good.

Hygiene was really good in the hotel with loads of hand gel stations so we felt as safe as possible.

The one negative was the car park below that is ran by an external company so no negative feedback for the hotel. I run an electric car and planned on charging in the hotel car park where there is aprox 8 chargers in the basement. As the hotel was very busy all the spaces with the charges had non electric cars parked in the bays which was frustrating and no way of booking the bays.

Overall we will definitely return to this hotel as it’s in a great location and a nice 10 minute walk to Turnham Green tube station.

Lack of service and friendliness from staff considering they have chosen to work in the hospitality sector. Nightmare for parking and lack of help. Location was ideal for us But due to being opposite a 24/7 electric billboard the curtains didn’t fully block out the flashing lights. External noise was not heard considering we were on a very busy road however internal noise from doors slamming and children screaming could be heard. Car park pricing was also advertised as £12 per 24 hours in one lift yet £15 per hour in another lift which was confusing! Having to request fresh towels, top up of coffee/tea etc, bins to be emptied or the room to be cleaned wasn’t ideal as we were staying for 4 nights so would have to go back and forth to reception, were often you would not find a member of staff and if you did you would be lucky to get a smile or a pleasant attitude. We visited the restaurant/bar once for a coffee and were ignored for around 5 minutes although the staff member looked at us they ignored us. We had to go to reception to ask a member staff to actually serve us. We then paid around £6 for two poor quality coffees! If the service was improved, we would have had a brilliant stay as we were barely in the hotel other than to sleep and wash but felt the service or lack of service let down this premier inn.

This is a very nice premier inn and the staff here are very nice and any issues as we had a small one, are sorted out. Good location within walking of chiswick or bus stop just outside. Chiswick by tube to London center approx. 25mins. Safe chargeable parking always available below this block with access to rooms above. Would recommend having stayed here numerous times on leisure.

Hotel itself absolutely fine. Comfortable beds, location short walk to Chiswick High Road, Turnham Green station, Chiswick House and the River.
Parking is expensive at £12 per night but not many options around Chiswick as mostly permit holders parking only.
Breakfast experience was a total disaster for us. We booked breakfast with reception the morning before we required it, however when we arrived at our allocated time there was no trace of our booking.
We were accommodated and ordered 2 cooked breakfasts. One arrived and the waitress seemed surprised that we were expecting another but again this was soon resolved.
A waitress respectfully reminded us that we needed to pay for breakfast before leaving, not a problem. Then, while I was still eating my meal another waitress arrived and asked one of us to follow her to make payment. Not great customer service, am happy to pay beforehand or after dining but should definitely not be expected to do so whilst eating! Extremely poor and more than a little rude!
Then to put the icing in the cake as we left the restaurant we were stopped by a 3rd waitress and told we needed to pay. Told her that we had paid then she insisted that we wait there while she checked. Find it highly insulting to be stopped in front of a room full of guests and accused of attempting to evade payment. Seems it’s easier to insult and embarrass their guests than to consult together with their own staff and get their facts right. Truly appalling way to treat their guests.

The showers do not work and we were unable to freshen up in the mornings.
The refreshments were not replenished- 2 teabags for 2 people over 3 nights is woefully inadequate!
The towels were not changed; the bins were not emptied; the rooms were not cleaned.
There was a mix up with our booking and we were telephoned whilst we were out and questioned why we had not emptied our room. This was very stressful. Subsequently, our key cards were blocked and we could not get into our rooms and had to go through our booking again to gain access. We had 3 children with us so this again added to our stress.
We were given only 1 key card, so if we needed to leave the room, either one person was left in darkness or the other got locked in the lift area unable to access the floor.

Hi Pamela I too had problems getting through until I asked at a local Premier Inn for help and was advised the best time to ring is around 2 pm to 3 pm. I rang between these times and the phone was answered. I also noticed that there were usually staff on reception around 6pm. Hope this helps.
