Together with my two good friends we had a delicious lunch today in the very nice garden in the hotel El Molino de los Abuelos. After an interesting walk in the very nice little white mountain city Comares, we were served the lunch which tasted very well. The staff were very nice to us. The view from the restaurant garden...

This place is the natural completing link, added to the unmatched panoramic views from Comares and the overall Andalucian vibe. Soaked with the history of region and family, olive oil press and mill included.Great boutique hotel. Having stayed there and meeting Carlos i recommend calling him in advance for details and all around info (we did not; will next time)....

It is called a Hotel, but it is really a B&B with about 7 rooms and a restaurant. It is historic and quite beautiful in the middle of the tiny, immaculate town of Comares, high in the mountains above the Costa del Sol. The manager spoke excellent English, the old olive pressing equipment is still there. It is a very...

We had an impromptu 3 night stay here when our other accommodation fell through nearby, and it was such a pleasant surprise. The beautiful old mill is a lovely little oasis with amazing views across Velez Malaga to the sea. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a...

My wife and I visited the restaurant and bar area on three occasions during our two weeks staying locally. We had not witnessed the venue prior to its reopening in May of this year, but were totally sold by the overall service, which was very warm and friendly along with great food and stunning views from the terrace. The two...

This restored and renovated olive mill is wonderful. It is full of antique furniture, pictures and real family photographs. Our room was more like a suite with a huge sitting room, bathroom and the use of a small kitchen. The views from the balcony were unbelievable, over the mountains to the Mediterranean. The staff were were outstanding in their attention...

We had evening meal here for a family of 5. 140 euro all in with wine, starters, main and dessert. Food was good - best was squid starter, chicken main and cheesecake dessert. Goat was fatty and boney but hey, that's goat for you. Ambience and service was fab. What a view from the outside dining courtyard down to the...

My husband and I, and my sister and her husband stayed for just one night at El Molino on Saturday 31st May 2014. What an amazing place - it goes without saying that the views are fantastic, but this hotel is an absolute delight. We booked room Dario and were amazed at the size of the suite. The hotel is...

I cannot comment on the hotel/B&B side, as I only had lunch here. This is a delightful place in what was once an olive oil mill. The interior is full of character and charm. We ate as a group of 10 in the inner patio, and the charming Uruguayan manager allowed us to bring in the three dogs in our...
