This Motel is a very pleasant place to say, clean, tidy, wonderful welcome and really hand to town. I was in Balclutha for the weekend and couldn't have asked for a more friendly and comfortable stay - thank you

clean, tidy, comfortable, very friendly and accommodating staff. A wee bit noisy from the traffic at night especially if the truckies use the main road instead of the bypass. Would use and recommend again.

Stayed as couple and paid the little bit extra for the 1 bedroom over studio which was well worth it. Unit appeared to have been recently refurbished and was very neat and clean. Free wifi included and was adequate for checking emails etc. Hosts were very friendly. Minor things were bit of road noise even at back and the heater...

If you are stopping in Balclutha, these are great motels to stay at. Spotlessly clean, with friendly staff, and on the main highway near to a Four Square Supermarket and a Takeaway food shop (walking distance - just across the road). I would recommend this place to stay as a spot over point if you are travelling long distances, or...

A very basic room priced mid-range, but we could not readily locate a better alternative in town. There was lots of road noise, we could hear the conversations and movements of people in the neighbouring rooms and our view was of the rear of the flats next door . The bedroom and bathroom were too cold because the small heater...

This Motels is from the 70's but its clean and very well maintained. Rooms are spacious with comfortable seating. I've stayed several times and always had a friendly greeting. Even though the motel is between 2 roads its not at all noisy.

After a bad motel experience in a nearby town, I had no expectations from this motel but was immediately greeted by a friendly woman at the office who found me a studio unit with free wifi. Despite the plain 70s style exterior, the unit was very modern and spacious with quiet wall heater, queen bed plus single bed, two leather...

Enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a studio which was reasonably priced. The room itself was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure. The service we received was very friendly and helpful. Would def stay here again and recommend to others

I needed a place to stay after working in town for the day and having stayed here before had booked one night. I received a very friendly reception, even tho I arrived quite late. The unit was good, my stay was short as I had to get moving to the next job in the morning.
