We visited the Masseria this summer in a group of 40 people from Canada. Each evening, they organized an event for us including a cheese-making demonstration, DJ, panzerotti and pizza making, home made dinners, wine tasting, fireworks, lanterns, live music and dancing by the pool and dinners out in nearby towns. Every day was also filled with adventure to nearby... More

We spent an incredible week touring Puglia with our 2 sons and a group of friends from Canada. The highlight of the week was our stay at Masseria San Martino. It is situated in a large olive grove which is perfect for beautiful strolls in the evening. The salt water pool is great for late afternoon dips to cool off.... More

What a pleasure it is was visit this outstanding property in south-eastern Italy in early July 2016. We loved the beautiful masseria and it's amazing 2000 year old olive trees - the relaxing swimming pool, spacious bedrooms and outdoor lounging areas. Furthermore, they helped organize a cycling tour of nearby towns, an excursion to Trulli style homes, trips to beautiful... More

We arrived around noon. Conchetta speaks good English but apparently had a very busy day. After some time they became a little warmer and began to talk to us. Her husband who looked after the pool bar is very friendly. He speaks no English but then you can learn to speak Italian by making jokes with him. We have enjoyed... More

We visited the Masseria in July with our two young children and several other families from Canada. I had heard and read about the Masseria beforehand, but was I was blown away when we arrived. The beauty of the property is quite amazing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. We enjoyed having our own kitchenette... More

We visited San Martino with a large number of families. The masseria itself is a beautiful place, with a gorgeous olive orchard, some ancient trees, and one of the nicest pools you'll find anywhere. Beyond this, Concetta, Giuseppe, and Teresa went far, far beyond the call of duty to help us set up some once-in-a-lifetime group events' including a 2-day... More

Everything! Concetta was amazing, so gracious and kind. La colazione was the best! Everything was homemade fresh daily! Fruits and vegetables were picked from the gardens. The property was amazing, beautiful restoration, rooms very comfortable and spacious. The grounds were a treat to wander through and enjoy the beauty of the olive trees. The pool was refreshing, really a tranquil... More

We were looking forward to our stay given the great reviews seen here but unfortunately didn't seem to experience the same level of service or hospitality as others. The room was clean and adequate and we liked the outside areas and pool. During our stay there was a break in the weather bringing a storm and lots of rain. Our... More

We spent 4 nights at Masseria San Martino last month with our 2 kids. This place is simply beautiful surrounded by olive trees. Peaceful, well maintained, clean, excellent service. Grazie Concetta for your hospitality! I just wish we had more time to spend there and relax... If we have the chance, we will definitely go back. Carrara family

Arrived here late evening in early May - beautiful scent of jasmine everywhere in the darkness! We were upgraded to a little apartment on ground floor level, would gladly have stayed longer than the one night we were booked in for! Plenty of bedroom space, good cupboard/storage space, and ample bathroom facilities. Woke up to bright sunshine the next morning... More
