Difficult to evaluate.

On the one hand very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent location with most probably the best Salvatore chain restaurant in Japan located in the basement. For a business hotel the TV is remarkably big and they offer a coffee maker in the room. Which concludes my positive points.

The bed covers/blankets are horrible. The bed itself is not convincing neither. The bathroom is very small.

Considering the price performance I would suggest to stay in different hotels which offer better Accommodation for similar prices. For me it was a first experience, but I will not come back.

Vicinity to Hakata JR Station and Bus Terminal. Lots of shoppings and restaurants nearby. Comparatively, rooms are a bit more spacious than other standard Japan hotels.
If you are going to drive, it's very convenient too, as many car rental shops are nearby too.

I stayed 2 nights towards the end of my Japan trip at Hakata Green Hotel 1. The hotel is located within 3 mins walk from the East Exit of the JR Hakata Station. It is surrounded by eateries and transport options which made it a perfect place to stay.

I liked the fact that this hotel is really new with a very welcoming lobby. The staffs never fail to acknowledge my presence whenever I passed by the reception at any time of the day. Check-in & out was smooth and the staffs were professional.

My room at level 12 was really comfortable. The room design is very modern and the layout is quite different from the usual business hotel room that I stayed in Japan. I requested for extra pillows and this was delivered promptly. Wifi was decent even though I noted that there were not satellite TV channels.

Bathroom was small but really functional with an effective use of space. I opted for the 1,200 yen breakfast on one morning and was really satisfied with the selections. It was delicious.

With welcoming staffs, great location and modern environment, I would love to stay here again if I were to return to Hakata someday.

This is our first trip to Japan with my wife, Son and daughter. So we are looking for the good hotel for our young kids.

We like the location of Green Hakata no. 1 very much. The staff is very helpful. They help us to drag the bag to send us to taxi. The room is clean and good. We had the room with one sofa which is great. The decoration is ok but not that great, clean enough for our baby. but price is on the higher side. It is expensive but maybe because of high season.

The restaurant at the hotel are very hip. I love it.

Hakata Green Hotel 1 is a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a 2 minute walk to the Hakata Train Station. There is a Family Mart convenience store across the street. Very convenient location! It is in walking distance to many shopping areas and some sights. The staff spoke English and was helpful. Their on-site restaurant, Salvatore Cuomo Market had an awesome Japanese/Western breakfast buffet with expresso and specialty coffees and fresh fruits and vegetables. The rooms are small (typical of many Japanese hotels) and very clean and comfortable. There are coin operated laundry areas.

This place could have gotten 5 stars out of me if it wasn't for the WiFi internet connection, which has been terrible the whole time. It got disconnected every 5 minutes for 2 minutes. Terrible terrible. The rest, very nice, but the internet connection is frustrating. I called the staff and even though they told me they would have fixed it they didnt.
The rooms are very small, but super clean. In the US this could be ranked as 5 stars simply for the hygiene.

Almost in the train station, subway and bus terminal all in one. The hotel itself has 1pm check-in and noon check out, very unusual for Japanese hotels, staff was very pleasant and expedited check-in so I still had a day of sightseeing.

This reasonably priced hotel is so near the Hakata Station. Itis also near two family convenient stores. Bed is comfortable, although bedroom is a bit small, which is normal in Japan. Coffee making machine great with nice air condition control. View is not that great though. To get all the info you need about the room, open the television and use english. Te password are written there. The elevator is cinvenient. It also has a great Italian restaurant.

Location: Walk under 5 min to Hakata Chikushi Gate, on the way you'll pass Deitos shops, which is full of food and souvenirs. Also Hakata Green Annex and #2, all in close proximity, walk into any and they'll redirect you.
Rooms: Small but modern furnishings, so you won't feel crammed. Nice Simmons mattress, and no smoking smell.
Staff knew their way around, as hotel is mainly used by businessmen and tourists. Biggest advantages is check out time at 12, which is rare in Japan.

The hotel is well located. close to the Airport and has all requirements nearby.
I found the room quite cramped compared to hotels i have stayed in. but then I believe Japan is like that, considering the shortage of space.
otherwise the Hotel was well equiped and neat and clean.
There should be a translation of the air conditioning controls in the room.
Language at the check in desk was a wee problem.
