    Nice stay
    First time visit Osaka, went with my parents and 12 years old boy. We stayed in a junior suite on 26 floor. Great city view! Clean room, large size bathroom! Luxury accommodation. Great location, nice food surrounded, 10 minutes walk to main stations.

    Hi I would like to contact the hotel to ask for some ordering of flowers, cakes and balloons for my partners birthday. Does any one have an email address I can use to contact the hotel? this would really help make our stay so much more magical. thank you so much for your help.
    There is a contact site where you can send an email, however it is in the Japanese site. It doesn't seem like they provide a contact form in English. As others have said, the best way is to call them but if you can manage to read or manage to get to the Japanese site's "contact us" then there is a form where you can contact them via internet email. (Sorry, I tried to copy the URL but tripadvisor does not allow links to be included) As much as I would love to help, sorry I cannot give you better information.

    does the deluxe double room have the bathtub with a view as in the set of hotel pictures?
    Our room had a bath and a great view. We might have been a superior twin though?? Can't quite remember. We were on level 33

    Is it near the nakatsu station which website said is 3 mins walk or from umeda station?I will be taking a subway from namba on the midosuji line.tks
    If you follow the route suggested by google maps, it takes a little longer than 5 minutes to go to Osaka station. Not far at all. New Hankyu is very near Osaka station, but Hankyu International is much more spacious with very good service.
