Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We're here to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. It's a sudden trip we just confirmed in a second, so I don't have time to prepare anything special in the room. I emailed the hotel the day before my arrival to see if a cake was still available. The reply was quick that they could do it for me (reservations usually take about 3 days). And I chose to have it at Namiki667 during dinner time. We like Namiki667's dinner a lot, all the food is good. We're too full to eat cake, so they helped us deliver it to the room after taking the photos and blowing out the candles. Last but not least, there was already a box of birthday cookies and a handwritten card on the desk when we arrived. It's quite surprising because I didn't request it. All staff are friendly, thanks Ginza Centric for organizing everything♥️

When I visit Tokyo this is my favorite hotel as the location is great even if you go to other parts of the city which I usually do. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Service is the best.

Great location and beautiful facilities. Short walk from from Ginza subway line and Tokyo Station with abundant shopping and entertainment options. Breakfast was incredible, and was free for Globalist members. Checkin was like the Andaz experience, and also free snacks in lobby.

Had a little problem due to miscommunication. I reported to the hotel about the issue, but they came up with very kind and helpful follow ups. They gave good amenities along with their sincere apology and promise of good service

Stayed here for 4 nights in early February - and this Hyatt Centric is definitely punching (way above) its weight - will definitely return Location is the most important advantage for this Property - right in the middle of Ginza, with close proximity to various Metro lines as well as JR lines, you can literally access shopping/dining venues by just walking. Rooms are reasonably modern and well appointed - i would suggest to go for the "Deluxe" rooms for additional space. Breakfast was of good quality and complimentary to Globalist members. Staff was friendly and recognised Hyatt elites at check in - with late check out proactively offered The only point to pick on would be the (lack of) porter/assistance when arriving at leaving the property. The doormen were nowhere to be seen during arrival and departure to help with bags. The fact that the road was had cars parked on both sides render getting on/off with multiple bags slightly more challenging - hard to find a drop off location But all in all a very outstanding Centrc brand and will definitely look to return in the future

The hotel benefits from a very central location, right in the center of Ginza shopping district. However, when that is said on almost all point the hotel lacks quality compared to their competitors in the same price range.

This is a long overdue review but we stayed here for a few nights before and after the Tokyo Marathon 2023. Besides being a Hyatt member, the most important reason for picking this hotel was the proximity to the finish line, and I was so happy that I had made this decision, after getting so exhausted through the 42.195km I ran! The hotel staff members all spoke very good English. There was a snack bar for members. And for UberEats orders they would very often be willing to bring the food up to our door, which was just perfect when I got tired! There was also a gym that I didn't get to use (since I had enough running already) but will try it if I come here again.

Very good location in the center of Ginza, walking distance to many shopping centers, one family mart 2min walking distance, near JR station and there are many bar izakaya and sushi places at the underground JR street. Hotel has paid parking(reasonable price) Room is roomy comparing to other hotel in japan. The lobby has free soft drink and snacks 24 hour, lobby is very chill

We have stayed at the HC Ginza many times before, always in a Suite (using Suite Upgrade Awards). We spent 6 nights in a King Suite (Globalist upgrade, using a Suite Upgrade Certificate, up from a 1 King Bed) booked on points (25k points per night). Location 5/5: Tokyo has no “center”, and Ginza is a great area in itself, but also a great location from which to start exploring the city. The hotel is located in a quiet street full of expensive shops, close to many great restaurants, and a short 5’ walk from the nearest Tokyo Metro station (Ginza), which is served by 3 separate lines, giving you easy access to the city. Cleanliness 4/5: Very good, no issues. Service 5/5: The staff at HC Ginza is excellent! Always polite and willing to help, knowledgeable about the city, and friendly. Food (Breakfast) 4/5: The buffet breakfast is of great quality, and there are many choices for food. However, since COVID, I feel like the number of items on offer have been reduced. Room 5/5: The Suites here are amazing! Beautifully designed, with a lot of room, a huge walk in shower / bathtub room combination, 2 separate toilet rooms, and a very comfortable bed. I wish there was a closet in the room, as the “closet” area is totally open, and without enough drawer space. Common areas 4/5: Very nice design, nice lobby area, with cool retro electronic games and free snacks and soft drinks, and beer. Value for Money 5/5: Excellent, given the use of points and the Suite Upgrade Certificate. Bonus points for sustainable practices: Nothing worth mentioning. • Location (10%) 5/5 • Cleanliness (10%) 4/5 • Service (15%) 5/5 • Food (Breakfast) (10%) 4/5 • Room (25%) 5/5 • Common Areas (5%) 4/5 • Value for Money (25%) 5/5 • Bonus points for sustainable practices: N/A • TOTAL: 4.75 / 5 = 5/5

We booked this hotel on points but was very impressed. The location was excellent next to Ginza line and fairly close to Tokyo Station. This provided direct access to Asakusa and Shibuya/Shinjuku areas. There were many eating establishments nearby in the various malls. There’s a Don Quixote and 7-11 within walking distance. I was not sure about staying in this area but it had everything we needed. Area feels very posh with iconic Chanel building across the street. All staff we encountered were fluent in English which made communication easier. They also provided children’s amenities such as robes, slippers, step stool, and toothbrushes. The free snacks and arcade games were a hit too. This hotel easily caters to any type of clientele. Free nightly drink at the bar for Hyatt Members too.
