Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It looks like it has a fabulous Prosecco bar, but I was told you can’t have just a glass sitting down at the bar, despite staying at the hotel. I asked if all the sparkling wine menu is available at the upstairs bar, to which they said yes. Fair enough, except that appeared to be news to the bar team upstairs! When I explained they told me they had ran out of Prosecco and had nothing available despite the bottles we had seen downstairs. In fairness the barman then went to get me one glass and brought it upstairs. But the service is far from 4 or 5 stars.

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife: 1. Booked the Prosecco Moderate King Room - King sized bed with comfortable sheets and pillows - Room was small so our big luggage took a lot of space in the room - Shower area is separate from the toilet and sink - Hot and cold shower worked well. Shower speakers were nice. It played Christmas songs. - Bidet was awesome - We didnt use the screen projector in the room - We stayed at the 5th floor - Shampoo and body wash were good 2. Hotel lobby is at the 2nd floor. You need to transfer to another set of elevators to go to the rooms. 3. Welcome drinks were provided. Just boxed juice transferred to glass with ice. 4. Lobby was a bit small. There's also a bar in the lobby area so there are other people (not hotel guests) hanging out at the lobby. A bit noisy at night when you pass through the lobby. No noise reached our room so it was okay. 5. Our room view was the train/subway lines. We heard a bit of train noise but it didnt affect our sleep. It was actually relaxing to watch the trains pass by. 6. Location is very good. About 5-7 min walk to Ginza station. A lot of restaurants, shops, and bars near the hotel. 7-Eleven is just across. 7. Staff were friendly. Some can speak a bit of English. They helped us arrange the transfer of our luggage (2 XL, 2 L) from their hotel to another Royal Park hotel in Osaka. Very convenient. We paid about 9,000 Yen. 8. The toiletries are available at the reception area including the coffee and tea. They provide 2 water bottles daily though you cannot request additional water so you should buy big water bottles and store it in the room. 9. Very efficient check-in and check-out. 10. They make up the room daily. Good hotel location in Ginza. Our only issue was the room was too small considering its price. We booked another Royal Park Hotel in Osaka (Iconic Midosuji) and the price per night was almost the same but the room was bigger and better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Convenient and very accessible.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was one of my favourite places I stayed in my 3 week trip to Japan. The vibes were fresh, modern and young, the lobby turned into a mini dance floor with great DJs at night. They also have a selection of amenities that you can just pick up on the way back to your room. 10/10

ROOMS: not so spacious, but very comfortable. Big windows. Every room equipped with a fridge, teapot, air humidifier and even film projector and sound speaker. There are a small sofa and a table in the room. They provided different chargers and adopters, which was very comfortable. LOCATION: directly in Ginza center - very convenient. 5min walking to the nearest metro station. Approximately 1.5h route from the Narita airport (by bus or train - the same time). There are many restaurants/Izakaya and sushi Zanmai nearby. There is 7-eleven store next to the hotel. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, iron room, laundry. All toiletries are provided, coffee and tea bags as well. There is a good lounge music every evening in the lobby bar except of Mondays. You don’t hear it inside your room, it plays only in lobby zone. FOOD: Italian restaurant, three bars (one with a small nice terrace), lounge zone STAFF: friendly, polite

We stayed at a few hotels during our stay in Japan and loved this one the best due to the king size bed , space in the room and location. Service was excellent. Easy check in process. Closed to restaurants (across the street plenty of options). Close the train stations. Friendly staff. Modern hotel. Spacious room.

Extremely noisy that adversely impacted our sleep and enjoyment. Nightclub bar on level 2 with booming music til early hours of morning that was clearly audible from our room on level 9, 12 & 13 - we moved rooms 3 times during a : night stay. Train railway also next to hotel that causes noise into rooms. Great location for public transport and shops. When you pay 350,000 yen per night you expect much better. Very poor experience.

Room Tip: This hotel prioritises nightclub music over guests having a comfortable stay.

Nice area in Ginza surrounded with restaurants. 5 min walk to Ginza train station. Receptionists are very friendly and speak English. One of them (Miyakoshi) even helped to book taxi and took us to the taxi when it arrived and helped with our baggage - really appreciate it!

While the rooms are small, the service is great and the bar is so fun! Really made our stay extra special. Great location in the heart of Ginza. Would highly recommend! While rooms are small, they are clean and have everything you’ll need!

Hotel is new, modern and clean. Room had enough space and the bathroom area was great! We arrived at night and the DJ in the lobby gave it a party vibe. Staff were helpful when you got their attention. Location is good as it is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and train station.

This hotel is located near the JR station and Ginza main streets, but definitely you should only stay here if you are under 30 and alone. Djs, loud music, people drinking in the lobby and the train station just under you to maintain your baby awake since 5 am. If you are coming with a family, do yourself a favor and stay in another hotel.
