We stayed here at the start and end of our 3 weeks long Japan trip. Both the semi-double and Queen bed could fit 3 of us (2 adults, 1 child, 7yo). Room was spacious to open up 3 mid sized (27”) luggages at the same time.
Location is perfect for travels to Disney and Akihabara. The Tokyo Subway Hatchobori station is the one that is nearest to the hotel, followed by the JR Hatchobori station. Be mindful that there’s no lift or escalator for the Tokyo Subway Hatchobori, so you’ll need to carry your luggages up & down stairs.
JR Hatchobori is the one to go to Disney… but if you transfer from Tokyo station, need to walk for about 450m to get to Keiyo line.
We pushed our luggages slowly to Tokyo Station Yaesu side (abt 20mins) and took the Narita Express bus (¥1300) at #7 to save us from the ups and downs of train.

We had a nice 4 nights stay in the twin queen bed room 24m square, good size room in Ginza. Subway Hatchobori is only across the street, easy access to Disney, Haneda and nearby Ginza, Tsukiji. Staffs are friendly and there are many free toiletries, lotions, green tea at the lobby. Only setback was surrounding hotel has very few restaurants bars that opens till late night.

I stayed here for a couple of nights on the way home from a business trip in the US. The hotel is centrally located so you can walk to many places, it is also close to the Hatchobori metro station making it easy to traverse the city. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean, ideal for many types of trips from business to leisure, I will be back with my family.

I stayed 10 nights at the hotel, the rooms are very big, I was in the DLX room and in the standard room, they are both well equipped, beds are very comfortable, lots of amenities ad very good one, the breakfast is a buffet very good. The hotel is closed to Jr train line which makes it comfortable to go around Tokyo, and only 10-15 minutes walk from Tokyo station. I really recommend this hotel.

Only stayed one night but the great service left an impression 👍 Popped by early in the morning to drop off luggage. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Asked if it'd be possible to get a room with twin beds instead of double bed. Receptionist said they'd try but no guarantee as it depended on availability. Came back for check-in in the afternoon, and was very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a large room with twin beds. This hasn't happened to me at other hotels in Japan. Wonderful experience. Kudos to the staff for prioritising customer experience even for a one-nighter.

We only spent our first night here, but it was great. The staff were so accommodating when our plans changed, and very responsive over email. WiFi was solid, room bigger than expected. We also found it easy to catch the bus to the main station. Would definitely stay here again.

We just finished our stay at this wonderful hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful, making our trip fabulous. The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable.

There are many restaurants close by and two convenience stores next door.

The location is very quiet, which is nice after sightseeing all day.

Can’t wait to visit again!

We are a family of four with two kids (8 and 7). Naturally, we were looking for convenient location, relatively spacious room (by Japanese standard), bigger beds (by Japanese standard as well!), decent and clean rooms, and last but not least, affordable. We found everything in Sardonyx Tokyo. In fact, I would say that it exceeded our expectation.

With kids under 12, they get to stay for free if you don't need extra beddings. With two 140-cm-wide beds, their twin rooms are just right for us. Rooms are spacious enough for us to spread out 3 big luggages plus a lot of other stuff and still have space to move around. Decor is warm, simple, and stylish. Their bathrooms are bigger than most hotels at this budget. We consider ourselves as slim, and can have two people in there at the same time. Rooms are well-maintained and clean.

Other than the daily cleaning, the hotel is pretty much self-service. There is a coin laundry on the 4th floor. The metro is just across the street, and the JR an extra 3 to 4-minute walk. It is one stop away from Tokyo station or about a 15-minute brisk walk away. The location is relatively quiet, but convenient enough with a Lawson's, Family Mart, and 6 to 7 restaurants. Another 5-minute walk and you will find a pharmacy and a supermarket. We picked this hotel because it's just 5 stops on the JR to Disneyland, yet it's not so far from my husband's office.

We spent 3 nights upon arrival in Japan there and then the last 3 nights before leaving over a 17-day trip. Rates vary depends on how early you book. We paid 24000 yen/night for our initial stay and 15000 yen/night for our last 3 nights. The restaurant Royal Host serves a buffet breakfast at 1200 to 1300 yen per person. The selection is not particularly good. I would skip it and go to Jonathan's next door or you can cross the street and eat at Denny's (not the same Denny's in the US) where breakfast is cheaper and quite good a la carte.

For the rate, I would highly recommend this hotel, and it's actually quite full most of the time. Most enjoyable stay. Would definitely return again.

This is my first time to stay in this hotel and we are so glad that we made a right choice ! The location of the hotel is very convenient as you can have JR or Metro stations in few mintues walk. If you want to go the Disneyland, Mitsui Outlet Park and Odaiba, here you can go easily through JR. There is a 24hours convenience store at the opposite side. The hotel restaurant serves till 02:00 and last order is 01:30. The food is great at a reasonable price. The front desk and coffee shop staff are nice although their English is not fluent but can be communicated. The breakfast varieties is acceptable and food is fresh. The wifi is fast. We are a family of 3 adults and a 3 years-old child stayed in a triple room. Child breakfast is free. The room is a three bed room and spacious enough to open our 3 three big suitcases and a baby stroller. It is rarely found in Tokyo hotels. The amenities provided in guest room and hotel lobby is great and hot/cold water and tea dispenser is located on lobby as well. There's a pantry on each floor which provides microwave, chopsticks, plastic folks and spoons. Self laundry machine is also available. From Narita airport to this hotel, you can take the limousine bus and get off at "TCAT", then take a taxi to hotel within 5 minutes in about 800yen. On your return back to Narita Aiport, you can do it same as "TCAT" is convenient and the staff is courteous. I have no hesitation in recommended this hotel !

Booked through agoda for this hotel with a good reasonable price. Check in was quick and easy as the receptionist found my booking immediately.

The rooms were big and spacious and the beds were super comfy. There are phone chargers in the drawer in case you forgot yours. The bathroom is more on the smaller side and was rather dark. Besides that, the bathroom is equipped with amenities and if that's not already enough, there is a shelf located in the lobby where you can get some extra amenities like face wash, face lotion, bath salts, teas, mouthwash, hair ties and etc...

It is a great hotel, with Hatchobori Station (exit 4) located just across the road with Lawson just opposite too. Around the area, there are Yoshinoya ,Denny's and other eateries. Around 5 minutes walk to Maruetsu Petit, a supermarket. 20 minutes walk to Tokyo station and around 25 minutes walk to Tsukiji market.

Overall, a good hotel for its value and space but the only complaint is that it is quite far to get to other areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Asakusa etc... so you'll have to take the train everyday to travel.

Another thing... When I returned from Tokyo, I realized I left my glasses in the hotel. Emailed them immediately and they managed to find it right away. They helped mail it back to me which I am super grateful for how honest and kind they are!
