My husband and I slept 1 night at Da Sesto in late October. We wanted to take advantage of the warmer weather in Italy for some late hiking. We booked via hotels.com but I realized the prices were the same as on the actual hotel website. Next time I will book directly with them. The checkin was seamless and our... More

We stayed for three nights at the hotel and had a wonderful time. The room was very nice with an accessorized kitchenette and a nice balcony. It located in a small village with many places to go to just a short drive away. The breakfast is very good too.

We just went away for two days to the Merano area to walk and byke the many trails of this area. We had been in this hotel five years ago and it was nice to find it much better than before. It is a family run hotel, and now it is renovated conserving the Swiss chalet appearance and ambiance it... More

Our apartment on the 2nd floor was very spacious with a new view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The swimming pool and sauna were a real treat and there were barely any other guests using is so it felt like a private pool :) Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was nice though no hot meals were served.... This small friendly hotel is a real Tyrollean gem. Family run it definitely has a family atmosphere. The facilities are great especially for such a small hotel. Beautifully clean. The staff are very helpful with local knowledge. Need a car to get about although there are good bus routes. Plenty of marked walks as well. The pool and sauna area... More

Great views from our clean apt. Friendly staff that was very helpful. Our daughter and son in law stayed on the 3rd floor and were equally pleased with the entire experience. Anna told us about the nearby Elizabeths castle and incredible grounds that we would have missed if not for her. Nearby Merano is a lovely town and Innsbruck only... More

The hotel locates in Cermes, it is several kilometers (several minutes car drive) from Merano. Without car this location is not suitable for vacation. There is evening bar in hotel and hall for breakfast – the breakfast is good. Restaurant on ground floor is not hotel property, it is independent, with china-family owner – there was the best Italian food... More

Lucky for us there was no snow this Christmas! We decide to spent few days in Merano to visit some of my old friends. We arrived very early at the hotel and the owner give us the room strait away.Very proactive! The room was simply cozy, in a typical mountain atmosphere: red carpet, large window facing the mountains, light wood... More

I stayed at Hotel Da Sesto for a few nights and from the moment we walked in, it felt like family. It is a family-owned business and they treat you like part of the family. Upon arrival, they were so friendly, spoke Engligh and provided us with plenty of maps, activities, restaurants and more to make for an amazing trip.... More

“Ours was a studio room on the second floor with a small kitchen facility. Not a huge amount of room for storing food but a fridge, microwave and two ringed hob. All the crockery and cutlery etc we're first class. Supposedly sleep 3 but would be tight.”
