The service is good and the staff are friendly, but the food has decreased in quality significantly since opening. No daily specials and a lack of fresh fish dishes considering the proximity to the sea. Disappointed.
Just want to say a big thanks to Edward (owner) after his decision to refund reservation holders during the blizzards & road closures last week. Looking forward to next visit in the Spring! 5/5 for considerate attitude
Small and super cozy hotel.
The location is really good, the sourrondings are wonderful and Durdle door is 20-30 minute walk.

Yes dogs are allowed. I think there may be only one or two rooms so it's well worth asking when you book just to make sure you are allocated a dog friendly room. Ours was accessible from the wooden stairway that took us straight to the balcony so it was great! Dogs are also allowed in to the public areas when meals have finished - it's quite small there but really cosy and nice! Dogs are also allowed on the beach all year round (to the left of the cove in summer) so a perfect place to stay! If you go I hope you enjoy it🐶

"Public car park is quite expensive. Get a pass from the hotel immediately on arrival."
