We are so pleased to have found this wonderful b&b. Quiet location with lovely views, especially if you have the balcony room. Friendly hosts and a great breakfast which we enjoyed whilst chatting to the other guests. We will definitely be returning!!

Location : Applegrove B&B is in a central, yet quiet and secluded part of West Lulworth. Lulworth Cove is a 10 minute walk away. There are two pubs in the village, both serving food, “The Castle”, (which has a very extensive stock of ciders), and “Lulworth Cove Inn “, both pubs being just a short walk away from Applegrove B&B.... Having read the excellent reviews on this place, I rang at very short notice....that morning....and were lucky to be fitted in for the following 4 nights. Jenny was very welcoming on arrival, showed us our room and brought a tray of hot drinks and biscuits up to us. A door key gave freedom of movement which was better than being... More

We came across Applegrove by accident, and what a wonderful find it was! nestled in the heart of west lulworth a short walk to the famous lulworth cove - it couldn't have been more perfect for us to explore Purbeck isle. Jenny and John are wonderful and attentive hosts, they are very welcoming and warm, we certainly laughed a lot... More

Just stayed 4 nights at Applegrove and loved it all. Balcony room was spacious with lovely views. Jenny and John made us so welcome and the fantastic breakfasts were just what we needed before exploring the Lulworth area each day. If you are going to Lulworth then Applegrove is the place to stay!

I can only echo the other glowing reviews for Applegrove and perhaps more specifically for Jenny and John. We were warmly welcomed by Jenny who seemed to know just when we would turn up even though we didn't ourselves! We were drinking tea in the garden not long after! The house is lovely and our room was light, airy, immaculate... More
