Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fabulous pod. Well equipped and spotless. Peaceful location with sheep nearby which we loved. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Owners even provided some welcome goodies which was very kind. Never got to meet them but had great communication with Tom. Only downside was it rained all weekend! Best wishes, Pat and Julie

Fantastic family getaway. Located in an excellent location where you are truly spoilt for views and scenery. The service was impeccable and the pod itself was in perfect, clean condition upon arrival just like you’d get at a 5* hotel. There are a plethora of things to do not so far from the pods location including a handful of walks and hikes. I truly recommend this place for anyone considering to visit. Don’t think twice!!

We loved every moment of our weekend away! the views are just stunning, we will come back for sure, the only thing I would change would be the mattress as it dipped down in the middle and made the sleep really uncomfortable, but everything else was perfect thats why I have given it 5 stars xx

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Coxons for our 36th anniversary, a very peaceful and relaxing 4 nights, would loved to have stayed longer. The pod was spotlessly clean, a credit to the cleaning team, very homely and cosy, spacious for the two of us but would easily fit a couple of children as well, very well equipped to a high standard, had plenty of pots and pans and utensils if you choose to cook, there was even cleaning products and toiletries supplied, the welcome tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks was a lovely touch as was the milk in the fridge on arrival for that much needed cuppa, there was a book with lots of information on walks, places to visit and restaurants in the area, they really have thought of everything, the bed was so comfy with quality bedding, had a great nights sleep. The pods are in a lovely setting with views to die for, it was our first visit to this part of Yorkshire and the pods are in an ideal spot with so much to see and do, we didn't get to see everything we wanted to so we will definitely be back, as it was September the weather wasn't the best but we had one long sunny day which we made the most of, we went to Grassington and Linton falls and Skipton which is a lovely town with lots of shops and eateries, can highly recommend Bizzie Lizzies fish and chips which we ate at the side of the canal watching the narrow boats pass by. The pods have a little porch area with chairs which was great to sit and admire the wonderful views with a cuppa even when it was drizzling, so peaceful and quiet only the sound of birds and farm animals. So in summary a great place to get away from it all, in a wonderful setting with lots of things to do, places to visit and if you like cycling or walking this is the place for you, as I said would loved to have stayed longer and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Quite simply the best camping/glamping experience we've ever had! My 80yr old father, my two boys (9 & 5) and myself spent two nights in the most immaculate, comfortable and tranquil pods we've ever had the pleasure to stay in. The setting is perfect with a beautiful view and the pods were spotlessly clean have everything you could need, whilst also offering space and comfort for 4 people to relax and enjoy. The fixed double bed was very comfy and cosy and the pull out double bed was more than ample and comfortable and very easy to convert from sofa to bed and back again. The toilet and shower facilities were immaculate and a fully stocked but clutter free kitchen once again ticked all the boxes. I also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Tom, who couldn't have been more friendly, accommodating and helpful during our trip, whilst also giving us the freedom to enjoy our family trip. We hired the fire pit for our stay (highly recommended!) to bbq our dinner and toast marshmallows, and Tom took the liberty to bring us a bag of charcoal to help with our bbq, which was an unexpected and very thoughtful and kind gesture which was extremely appreciated, and seemingly indicative of the attitude and experience Tom & Aimee are aiming to deliver, job done, take a bow! We will be returning to Coxons farm very soon and will continue to do so for a long, long time!

Five stars! For HOSPITALITY, cleanliness, the view, the drying shed, information about the area provided before and during the stay, fire pit, details (flowers, mints, febreeze, fresh milk, pillows), lawn games, binoculars, maps, excellent communication from host, the sheep and cows, great parking, quiet, close to hikes and towns. Very clean/tidy, everything that one would reasonably expect to find and absolutely stunning views. Great 'dark sky' location. Thoroughly recommend the Devonshire Arms just across the road - excellent food.

We stayed during the school holidays in August for 2 nights. Lovely environment, pods look out onto rolling hills with nothing but sheep and birdsong for company. There are only 2 pods here which makes it quiet and peaceful. The pod was very well equipped and furnished. I particularly liked that there was a roof window, which meant you didn't need the lights on during the day - many similar pods we've stayed in that don't have this are very dark inside. Lots of outdoor stuff to do locally if the weather is good. Would definitely consider coming back.
