Great end to a fantastic trip. Thomas our guide was able to find 4 of the big 5, We also saw many other animals. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Would highly recommend this safari company.

We recently stayed at the River Lodge and it was the most wonderful experience. The staff were great and the location of this lodge perfect. Thomas our guide was knowledgeable, patient and determined to give us our best wildlife viewing experience-and he did. Our night time boat cruise was the perfect way to wind up an evening game drive. We have absolutely loved it! Although it has no TV in the bedroom and there is limited activity outside of the Safari , it is very relaxing, the staff are brilliant and very, very, very attentive. Sitting on the boardwalk looking at the river and seeing the wildlife is just wonderful. The food is good and plentiful and you are... More

My husband and I have just got back from a stay at The Kariega Main Lodge. Our Chalet (No.24) was a large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom affair which was spacious, clean and well presented. The open fire in the Living room was a nice addition, along with the large viewing deck overlooking the reserve and our own private plunge pool.... More

We enjoyed an amazing 2 nights at Kariega River Lodge. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and at home. The views from the lodge are incredible, looking up and down the river and there are plenty of fish and birds to be seen before you even leave the lodge. As we went up to our... More

Everything in Kariega was great. The lodge was super, huge, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very clean and a incredible view over the valley. The food was very good, 4 times a day a buffet. The game drives were amazing. We saw lots of beautiful animals. The ranger told a lot about the animals and the nature during the drives.... More
