Stay to experience the sunset, sunrise, and wonderful dining. Even with the surrounding snow, able to take beautiful walks. Then, enjoy the excellent dining and service. North entrance still closed due to snow. Worth the trip to come in from the south.

4 friends on a whirlwind tour of the state of Oregon. We stayed at The Lodge at Crater Lake nights 4 and 5. What a beautiful property! We were at The Lodge the first week of being open for the season. We had reserved rooms with a view. We originally were on the second floor...OOPS! Due to the area receiving...

This Lodge has been around for a long time and has a very rustic feel to it, but it's been kept in very good order. The rooms are small and basic, but most offer a wonderful view of Crater Lake itself. The staff is as accommodating as possible - the only issue I ran into was our thermostat and heater...

Neat rustic lodge similar to USA national park lodges. Good clean cabin with lots of wildlife to observed. Great walks in forests and seeing waterfalls etc. food is ok but nothing special. People very nice and helpful.

Booked a room far in advance, and I knew I'd be glad I did since there are no hotels or motels for miles near Crater Lake. The room was definitely old and there were no microwaves, fridges, tv's, etc. But you just have to keep in mind the price is for the location! I can't review the food there because...

So relaxing, no Televisions blaring or Phones ringing. just a nice quite relaxing place. Curl up by the main fire place and loose your self in a good book, or sit out side on the stone deck with a beer enjoying the views of the lake.

Gorgeously located on the rim of the crater. Similar to many national park lodges, this is not a luxurious place to stay, but you can't beat the location. We did not have a crater view room, but the room was clean and comfortable and proved to be a perfect base for lots of great hiking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was in the park for a five day trip. The lodge was the perfect setting, the veranda has practically 360 degree of the lake and the calderra. The on site restaurant has a good variety of food for those with picky palates. There is one other restaurant in close proximity with more casual fare. The lodge itself is close...

Every single aspect of our stay here was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us (we got very lucky and were able to get a room without a reservation - which is highly unusual here as it books up months in advance). The restaurant was great. The view is indescribable. As soon as you see it you...

I was blown away by the lodge. Much like the lodge at the Grand Canyon, the Crater Lake Lodge is 100% "location, location, location!" You just can't beat the views and the remoteness offered by the Lodge. At night you can actually see stars in the sky because there is so little light pollution. In the morning, if you're brave...
