We stayed here for two weeks in September and had a fabulous time. There are not many sites with a view but most are close enough to the water. It is convenient to everything, including the lodge which has a gift shop and restaurant and...More

This is a wonderful campground, but we wish that we could have made reservations. We spent the night before nearby, so that we could get a good site early the next day. That morning we felt like vultures and asked around to see who was...More

Just to get this out of the way first - the system for getting a campsite anywhere inside Grand Tetons NP is AWFUL! So expect to be angry, stressed, and generally feel like either a stalker or a jerk or both trying to find a...More

We spent 3 nights in the Signal Mountain Campground and really liked it. As others mentioned, the sites are tight, even with a small trailer. We had an electric hook-up. There are only a few sites with full hook-ups (maybe only one). There is a...More

We stayed in the section of the campground that had electric hookups. Out of maybe 85 camp sites, only a few have electricity. The campground is kind of crowded, with narrow roads and short spaces. Difficult moving around if someone is just arriving, or a...More

Is it quite cool the first week of September? Also, I've always stayed at Colter Bay, is this campground more or less private?

We are renting a 32 foot rv and would like to stay in the Teton area near the end of August. Colter bay rv park is full (no more reservations available.) would we be able to fit in a site at signal mountain? I realize the website says 30 feet but I am hoping 32 feet will be ok. Thx
