If I could give 0 stars to Fullon Hotel Taipei East aka Fullon Hotel Shengkeng, I would do that. We ended up here for 4 nights on our way to Palau as a result of the China Airlines strike. In all fairness, the rooms are ok (but run down). We have food coupons to the buffet restaurant, which is really... More

The hotel was far away from busy city of Taipei City. The hotel room was quite new and modern. The breakfast of the hotel offered many choice to guest from Chinese to International food. The conference room was good for us.

Visited Taiwan for 3 times but first time visit Shenkeng in Year 2013. It's not easy to find a hotel with 3 stars or above in Shenkeng, it's seems the only one choice to pick this hotel. When did you travel? Jul 2013

We chose this hotel because it's walking distance to my relatives home. It's perfectly great for a short stay. Room was very nice with comfy beds. The breakfast is the usual ridiculously ginormous buffet. Taxi into downtown is about $200NT. One thing to note is that while we were there, the place was packed with tour groups from China. Very... Though it's located a bit far from the centre of Taipei, it's not that inconvenient with taipei's taxi & MRT. It costs about 190 TWD by taxi to the nearest MRT station - Taipei Zoo & about 210 TWD to Taipei 101. Free shuttle is provided to the MRT station as well but never seen one during my stay. Didn't... Fullon Shenkeng is probably one of the best hotel in Taipei. My room at the 5th floor is very big. The restroom is clean and big. The beds are comfortable. But all TV channels are in Taiwanese language. The breakfast is normal not good not bad. It should be a bit better.

Even-though there is a shuttle-bus service to the downtown area (in hourly base). It's a bit far if you are going to Taipei for sight-seeing, we have to take taxi home at night. You better have a car or unless you know the bus route very well. And when we asked for recommendation from the front desk how to get... More

I was on a conference trip and this was a decent hotel situated near the Taipei Zoo where the conference was held - less than 10 minutes bus ride away. Room and bath area was spacious and clean. Breakfast provided however, the menu spread could do better - no change for the 6 days I stayed there. Nothing really fantastic.... More

We held a 2 day seminar here. All through the booking process the hotel proved to be unhelpful and inflexible. No bar, no coffee shop. Restaurant is a buffet style and the cuisine is very poor. One of our guests was rushed to hospital after constant vomiting. The rooms smell of smoke with a noisy fridge. The wifi is almost... More

When we entered the room, it was too obvious that someone had smoked inside before, and this hotel supposed to be no-smoking. We asked to change to another room, which smelled normal. However, when I entered the bathroom, there's brown, dark yellowish liquid stains in the bathtub. I didn't bother to ask for another room but just used the shower... More
