Stayed for one night on a quest to visit the beautiful Unesco city of Cuenca. Great little resort, stayed in a 2 bed cottage which was lovely. Tastefully decorated, spotless and had every facility you could need. Pool is big and surrounded by pretty gardens. Loads for kids footie, ping pong, park, think you can get equipment from reception. Staff...

From the reviews, this looks like a great place. Reviews can be misleading! No doubt, the security is excellent with fingerprint access only to the hotel - which is great once you are checked in. But BANG LOUDLY on the gate when you first arrive otherwise you'll be sleeping in the car park. The rooms are very small and extremely...

We arrived at the hotel after 5pm as my confirmation advised me that this was the earliest we could check in. However, when we arrived at the hotel there was no one available so after a call to booking.com a pleasant gentleman arrived. We were shown to our room which smelt of smoke but as it was only a 1...

Very comfortable place to enjoy the surroundings and the city of Cuenca. We were in one of the studios, with pool views, very clean and nice. We enjoyed a lot our stay and the owners simpathy made us feel like at home. If we come back to Cuenca, we will definitely stay in Rural Arco Iris. Thank you guys!!

Cozy villas full equipped with.warmy decoration and quite surroundings. Stand out the staff 24/7 helpful and the gorgeous chimney in the house. Only to say a problem: We run into a neighbor called Jessica Marie Fdz. who was very rude, mannered, annoying and irritating all the time. Disturbing even at check out when she tried leave without paying. Thank you...

During our two nights stay at Arco Iris: -We waited in the rain for staff to let us in. -We did not have hot water in our cabin, in January, leaving us unable to shower throughout our stay. When we let staff know about the issue we were brushed off rather than helped. After standing naked and frozen in the...

We had a very pleasent & enjoyable stay in one of the wonderful villas. Even it was cold, Cuenca's weather, we enjoyed a lot in the privacy of our villa around the fireplace. Very nice surroundings in a wild forest, not to metion the warmimg welcome of the owners. Highly recommended!!

From the outside it looks nothing, but like the Tardis (Dr Who - UK TV) you must go through the door. You will be overwhelmed by the welcome and inside the place expands and expands. There is a huge swimming pool with a seating area. Tennis, football, basketball and table tennis are available as well - maybe more. The breakfast...

We spent 5 nights at the Arco Iris in one of the cabana cottages. We were made to feel at home the minute we arrived by Dario and Juan Carlos who were both eager to help us settle in. This hotel is 5-10 minute drive from central Cuenca and we rented a car whilst there, which I would highly recommend...
