Beautiful location, so serene, lovely gardens. Close to Cambridge, Ely, Huntingdon and St Ives. We were in Room #1 on the first floor which was perfect for our 3 night stay. Overlooked beautiful flower gardens. Dining area for breakfast was perfect and we were the only 2 people so we served ourselves. Our host, Laura, was wonderful and friendly. Would stay there again.

Laura. I want you to know how much I appreciate the understanding, and excellent service you provided on today, when when my Mrs goofed and miss-booked our stay. Your attention to detail, great communication skills, and ready response made the experience even better than I expected. I am looking forward to our stay, if it works out this Christmas, and even if it does not work out. I've found my got spot for future visits to Cambs.

Our stay at the Old Grain Store B&B (in the ‘Junior Suite with Balcony’) was excellent. The accommodation consisted of a pretty large living room with kitchen area, a good bathroom and a bedroom that was plenty big enough for 3 people. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was good. The whole place was spotlessly clean. We particularly liked sitting out on the terrace which is accessed from the living area through wide patio doors. There is no cooked breakfast but we really enjoyed the ‘continental’ style option they offered. The owners were really lovely and keen to help in any way they could. (We forgot our toothpaste and they even supplied us with some of that). It was a relaxing stay which gave us easy access to Cambridge - which we also loved. It was great to be in a B&B that was so rural and yet be able to walk to a couple of places for dinner. Overall, our accommodation and the Old Grain Store exceeded our expectations.

We had to find accommodation for the family (13 of us) to attend a wedding in nearby Pidley. My sister put us on to The Old Grain Store when on a visit to St Ives, so we went to have a look. We needed no second bidding and booked the whole place (all 6 rooms) there and then. The place is quiet, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Laura and Annette are delightful hosts willing aided by Gracie and Betsy. If you need access to Cambridge, Peterbro’ or the the surrounding area this is the place to stay. Very impressive. Good breakfast too.

One of if not the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Wonderfully warm, kind and caring hosts. Laura and Annette could not have done more to make us comfortable. Excellent room with all the amenities one could wish for. Delightful and satisfying Continental breakfasts! Great location with easy access to Cambridge via the St Ives Park and Ride - dodging all the hassle of the Cambridge traffic and parking. A beautiful, peaceful location. The 12 days we spent here were a real treat. Pity we live so far away - in New Zealand, we would spend a lot more time with these great people. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable and quiet accommodation. Self-service continental breakfast with a good selection of fruit, cereals, and yoghurt etc makes it a more casual, relaxed stay without the usual schedule - early morning, or a bit of a lie-in; suit yourself ;-) A warm welcome from the super-helpful hosts - couldn't ask for more.

We stayed at The Old Store for 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The self catering accommodation was clean, comfortable & affordable. Hosts Annette & Laura were welcoming and friendly. Lovely gardens & grounds in a quiet location. Short walk to restaurants & golf course. We will definitely stay there again.
